+JubileeProject I'm biggest your fan from Korea! and study Eng with jbilee project videos! Thanks for your heart-warming power.
Can we take a minute to stop crying and appreciate what amazing actors those kids are? So much talent. Ok. Resume crying. *breaks into tears again*
Don't know if you'll read this but thank you for making this video. I relate to it way more than I wanted to admit. In 2003 my dad went to the Iraq war and even though I was in the 3rd or 4th grade that time, I remember all of the emotions a 3rd grader was capable of feeing.. This short is by far my favorite because it brings back so many childhood memories of being a "military brat" and reminds me of all the fear and expectation I had for dad to come home. Thank you Jubilee project for making this treasure.

President after reading the letter from Dakota Green (takes out big stamp) WAR CANCELLED P.S. war will resume after Dakota's dance recital.
I am crying now.
I love the parallel between the daughter reuniting with her father, and vice versa. Nicely made Jubilee Project! :)
All of your shortfilms make me cry. I swear I can never watch your videos without shedding a tear.

Loved it!!!! This film captured my heart and I could relate as my Dad (RIP) was away at war when I was a kid. Shout out to the Producer Eleanor Cho, who is the Producer and who I will be working with in the Spring of 2017 at USC SCA. Fight on!!!
When her dad said "I promise that I would come back" I just started crying because millions of people say that with war and never come back rip to all the lives lost 🙏🏼
Made me cry, the feels, the feels
I have watched and read the most saddest death scenes, break ups, depressed people, and more in the world AND these video's are the only ones that made me cry! 😢😢😢😢

There's a similar choreography/short film like this too! It's called ReMoved on KZread. It's basically about a Foster Girl and her Younger Brother whose parents had been 'Taken Away' by the police to be investigated for their acts of Being Irresponsible Parents of Young Children and Child Abuse. My words for it might be incorrect but you get the Concept of it :P You seriously have got to watch it, and I swear, if it was disappointing to you, you can come back here and tell me how Wrong I was!
I CRIED LIKE A FRICKIN BABY FOR THE LAST TWO MINUTES OF THIS. IT MOVED ME THE WAY A HORSE MOVES A HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE. BRB SHARING THIS WITH EVERYONE I'VE EVER MET.
This made me cry... No words...
Jubilee videos never fail to make me cry
You guys deserve soooo much more recognition !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice film Josh. Great depiction of a beautiful loving relationship, full of hope, support and endurance. A great reminder of the kind of relationships we should all strive for.

Itsjudylife would love this! Hope she watches it!
A video I can relate to... Any many other soldier kids/family can too! 😢🙏🏼
Trying not to cry is extremely hard!!
Incredible😍😭😭 made me cry so much!!
War is hard on families. For the obvious reasons, yes, but also because it layers another struggle upon the already family-negative culture that we live in. Fatherhood brings the man out of the boy. Single men fight for big ideas whereas married men fight for the smallest of miracles, their family.
This one is the Best keep up the good work...... from K.S.A💚
I like the video my heart goes two both of them and sad and cry and happy
THE END THO. jpfellows killng the game :D

I thought that at first too but in the video, he says that he writes to his dad when he gets sad so I think that he is in a situation similar to Dakota's. I just think that he's more pessimistic about his situation (esp when compared to Dakota).
Last 10 seconds I was in complete tears
Brought me to tears 😭
I cried a little bit 😢
this is beautiful. all I can say
all the feels!
all the feels.

IM CRYING
Amazing job
incredible(:
Lol was boutta smack Ivan, but then I was like nahh because he was definitely right, and he was very logical. Then again, it wasnt the girl's fault for wanting daddy back home. I was also that girl who wanted daddy back home. The kid who played Ivan is insanely talented though!
damn, the ending hit me so hard
keep up the good work
brilliant :)
THE END 😭
Chills
The water works :( Oh It's so sweet :D
god damnit ivan!!!
Oh my god! So sad
I don't cry for these situations. I feel like joining the army today is just fighting for someone's financial interests. it's not about protecting your country. How can you risk your life and mental health for someone's greed and ditch your family?? at least do it before you have a family. I think the family ends up getting paid if the soldier dies right? but so many soldiers that do make it back end up homeless, so how does that work?
Right in the gut.
😢😢😢
Seria bom, se todos os vídeos tivessem legenda em português 😕
With fourteen years of war, this is likely to have happened more than a few times. Sad.
Calvary Scout? Intense
I promised I wouldn't fcking cry. I'M SUCH A BITCH
The actress (the little girl) she is in my class😄
