French Hearts in a bakery.
The secret is a flaky dough. With 1/2 kg self raising flour many hearts ca be baked at home.
Flaky dough takes effort. Stretch the dough and bring the stretch back to the start. Keep repeating and in a few minutes you get layers . Make little hearts as shown. Place them in a bake container and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes. Dont forget to add powdered sugar in the dough. Also sprinkle sugar crcrystals on each heart. The best hearts will make you very happy.
