Its special event on a special, early acess server and content-creators are invited to play-test and have fun on the new, oficially unreleased cards. important note: this event has two big rules: 1. you have to have at least 10 cards from the new set in the deck, 2. you cant concede a match (since it ruins other creators content and videos)

That Rogue deck at 25:30 is so sick, definitely want to try that out day one. From what I've seen of the theorycrafting streams, the all in on pirates style deck does not seem particularly good.

the poignant commentary about the september 11 attacks was unexpected, but welcomed. some truly unique insight

Time flies by, rogues never change. The most obnoxious defenseless class, well deserved those 6 molten runes at the end.

The double Repackaging against the Death Knight _was_ pretty funny.

Well, there's some inconsistency with what the orb casts. at 24:32 it casts Counterspell as the 1 mana card, even though it's a 3 mana card that was cast for 1 mana, but at 6:00 it cast Words of Norgannon as the 5 cost, even though it wasn't cast for 5 mana

I think it’s because the secret card “sets the secrets cost to one” which I guess makes the game see it as a 1 mana spell?

I've noticed in other videos that when the secret from the one spell reveals, it shows as 1-cost. Weird, but it seems that it is now a 1-cost card, not a 3-cost reduced by 2.

I would have thought playing a Charge Minion with the location would attack an enemy and then let you attack again, similar to the 8 drop in DH which hits face and then can attack again on the same turn

Hey mr kibler, what did you mean around 13:50 when you said “legendary spells can’t be generated”? They do all the time, at least from my exp. The mage and priest legendary spells have been generated for me a lot when I play those classes. AFAIK, the only one they’ve ever purposely banned from generation is the DK spell (and I think the rogue one from festivals as well)

So I can kind of speak to this - The "Patron" accounts are Blizzard devs. I work in the AAA industry (not Blizzard) and have done similar streamer previews where I get given a dummy account to play against streamers and pad out their games. The marching orders are "let the streamers win, but don't make it obvious". That doesn't mean people always do so (sometimes you forget you're supposed to pretend to be bad), nor does it mean that if it's obvious you're going to win you purposely throw. But it does mean you should make purposely non-optimal decisions because you want the streamers to do well and thus their audience gets excited about the game (since the audience always puts themselves inside the streamers' shoes). Something like this 100% matches with what the devs in streamer previews are encouraged to do - throw, but only if it's not super obvious you're throwing.

Particularly RNG generated ones. You just have to not play anything until you have stuff that doesn't matter to test with.
