The real boss is the Gnomenapper that appears at 7/8 sometimes. I always die by his ridiculously broken hero power.

Had a funny final encounter at last. First, I finally got lucky on the draw and ended up with like 5 Jade buckets. Had 6 Aya Blackpaws in my deck, got 2 Hunter's insight, sticky fingers and entrenchment. Nearly died to Cragtorr and only barely pulled through by scavenging Poison Seeds, and playing it until all his giants were gone. Raeth as 7/8 boss wasn't an issue. So, I finally get to Cpt. Shivers. He drops a Fel Reaver as soon as he gets to 5 mana, the same turn his Kingsbane gets depleted and shuffled into his deck. I play a card, Fel Reaver mills his deck and what's the first thing to be removed? Kingsbane. I'm not complaining after slaying 48 bosses with Tess, but Fel Reaver can really, really fuck Shivers. Once his Kingsbane is removed he can't get a new one. He doesn't even have other weapons, so half his deck, filled with weapon boosting cards, is rendered completely useless. What remains is a few mediocre beatsticks, which I easily disposed of. Without a weapon, Blade Flurry doesn't work, so he essentially doesn't have any removal left either. He can't even stop you from building your board at this point. If he has a fel reaver (or 2) on the board, it's also super easy to just mill him to death. After my initial run of Aya/shadowstep/Aya/Shuriken/Scavenge/... He was already down to 12 cards. This was, of course, total extreme luck of the draw, but nevertheless it's really funny to see how easily this one's mechanics are broken.

Seriously you have made an amazing series I finally won with the cannoneer. Your voice reminds me of total biscuit RIP. I am gonna try the tracker next I kind of didn't read through my quest and messed it up :P

Legit played 20 times no jades. Finally picked up 2 jade buckets only one copy of shuriken treasures were pristine compass small backpacks and cult of the wolf and the one that has echo and deals 10 damage. Struggled until shivers did a full mooligan only jade support I got was Aya blackpaw did draw compass though that gave me 3 zero cost fan of knives plus I had a shiv so with small backpacks, drawing three from knives and 1 from shiv still no shuriken and he just floods the board and shuffles 2 copies of his hand into deck and an 8 attack kingsbane. Seems fair and balanced.

I thought it was super hard, then he played the Fel Reaver :D

hey tommy nice guide as usual but I have one question: how it's posible I found rapid fire arsenal and professional ever in loot? I've never found jade in the rough or old bones anymore :(

This shits so luck based it's annoying. I go several runes without cult of the wolf, jades or sticky fingers or just 1 out of 3 of them and you really are so weak without them on certain fights. The rng in these is crazy. Or else I have the jade shuriken in my deck and go the entire game without drawing it on a consistent basis after finally getting the pack with it. It's the same with the houndmaster and the buff to give your hounds +2 attack, without that things are a real struggle as you easily get out tempod.

Just beat him first try. Got super lucky I guess cause I cant beat the other 3. But I picked traps all the way. End game i got lucky he summoned 2 fell revers and I burned his deck playing 3 cards I was able to make him burn 18 cards one turn and my freezing trap saved me. He couldn't do anything by turn 9

I beated him without jade shuriken. I had first aid kit and potion of viginity, so i was almost immortal. And the game gave me an activ treasure that gives your minions +1/+1 and taunt, than shuffles an upgraded copy of this intp your deck. The other one was brass lantern. So i made my way to the final boss, although i could have died like 3 times from the bosses before. The captain played kingsbane until i made him burn the card by coldlight oracle. Than he played 2 felreavers on turn 10, and i had some cheap spells in my hand, so i milled his deck fast. Than he tried beating me, but couldnt. If you can make him burn his weapon and not get a copy of it, you basicle win...

Hey Tommy , nice video really usefull since im stuck to tess and shaw but just pointing out . at 9:26 i think you had leathel. you said 24 jade than sinister strike 3 + hero power (possibly sinister strike ) 3 +tools of trade into the 4/2 =34 dmg just pointing out XD

Tommy you’re great but I never end up using your strategies :P I was just lucky enough to beat the tracker run with a pretty much full kingsbane deck.

I cant stop him from having 6 giants on board at turn 6 (8mana)

I'm at 167 bosses down and haven't killed shivers lol but I got all 3 others in less then 40 bosses

if you get a small rock against the whisper you win and its super fun

Funny enough old bones is considered a bad bucket to take but I mean it can work

i feel dumb, i used the tips, still cant beat this, tried over 15 games too :(

My luck is so stupid sometimes. I haven't made it to Toki final boss *A single time* and I've only made it to shivers twice. I beat houndmaster on my first try, and cannoneer on my 3rd time. Why are tess and toki so much harder...

I swear, this hero is actually impossible for me. I finished all 3 other classes in 2 runs or less, and I've been at this one for about half a year. I literally have 90 monsters defeated without a single run finished. The final boss is basically impossible unless you mill kingsbane with fel reaver and I've never gotten that yet Edit: JESUS FINALLY. Took me a whole 100 monsters defeated before I got Jade Shuriken within the first 5 turns against Shivers
