He made a gamble on Kibler not having any spells left in order to push 7 damage. Hunter can't outlast big spell mage, they have to seal the game before something blows them up.

Honestly there aren't any good equivelents in the deck to either of those, but my best guess would be the 4/4 heal four to replace zilliax, and some sort of high value threat to replace Sindrogsa. If you are on a budget Big spell mage is not the best deck, and I would actually recommend crafting Whizbang instead.

We can learn a lot from Brian and how calm he is during his games. I was getting annoyed at how lucky the hunters top decks were when he had no cards. I think the one thing we can take from Hearthstone is that recently is more a game of RNG then anything else.

Damn, this is the kind of RNG Kripp loves to lose against.

But is it worth taking out a card that actually contributes to the endgame for it? Honestly, I don't see why anyone uses Pocket Galaxy. Combo decks involving Antonidas have better ways to get their combo out, and control decks typically don't have room.

I think taking out a scout for a thalnos would be strong

nope....you can get a discounted FL jaina, alana, sindragosa, lich king or spells with it. Scout is important in this deck, the draw back is minimal and its health and attack arent bad

@@JT-de7rw ziliax is good...versatile. There isnt a more stable version of Big spell mage than this one, the only other option worth considering is Arcane Tyrant.

@@isaaclalnunzira6981 those are the high rolls so yes if it does that its great value. But its a 50/50 flip with his deck structure to get a useful proc. Its not even really drawing a card if it turns an artificer into five mana. Yes i know its his cheapest card but it happens. Theres a reason why people always choose thalnos over bright eyed scout in big mage. That extra damage on board clears can be huge especially against devilsaurs. And it always draws a card. Kibler likes to tech fun things and thats all. Scout is only good in big druid. The scout punished him like crazy in the tourney

Lifesteal rush taunt and divine shield is a great way to deal with aggro because it almost guarantees six health and six damage. Pretty good against midrange too.
