The way she sang that opening to Sound of Silence made goosebumps run up and down my body. So much emotion, soul, and pain. I only wish she had a better song choice for the Battles. I don't think that last song did her justice. So much more could have came out of Maddison, and I really hope she makes it someplace else in the music industry.

I got news for you people this is not Whitney Houston's song. Dolly Parton wrote this song and sang her song in 1974 I am fed up with people always saying this is Whitney's song because it is not, it is Dolly Parton's song. Go look it up. I know for a fact she wrote and sang it in 1974.

Yes, it is originally a Dolly Parton song, it was actually played in The Bodyguard movie, but this is Whitney’s version which made the song way more popular

I’m sorry but what the help was that ladies blind audition, that wasn’t a performance, that was so much more, it was off the bloody planet of incredible, that depth, that emotion and passion in a song, I’m sorry but as soon as she started the song and hearing all that, they should have just ended the competition and declared the winner, there are just no words for singing like that, I’ve applied for the voice uk 2023, and I had a special plan to get me four chair turns, something nobody has never done before and when I sing on my channel, I put myself in a song, put in emotion, feeling, passion, more than what’s in a song actually, but this lady is something else, absolutely no words to describe how incredible that blind audition was, that wasn’t a blind audition, that was a Victory, and with seeing this, I can pour passion and emotion into a song, but seeing her, I know how much more I can put in now and how I can up my chances for 2023, with the surprise I have up my sleeve and with what I’ve seen here, if I can portray and feel this level of emotion and let out this depth, on top of what I can already do, I’d be one of the best, but if I can do it right and properly, like she did, a chance for me is in the bag for sure, but she deserved to win for sure with that out of world variety of how much she put in, in my favourite song actually and if you want to come close to the amazing and late Whitney Houston, that is how you bloody do it!!!! Never seen a song sang like that in my life before EVER, she’s just beyond incredible, I have no words, I could watch her blind audition over and over again, in fact when this comment is posted I’m going straight back to the video and rewinding to see her singing again!!!! She didn’t just blow the roof off it with this performance, she blew it off the bloody planet, how incredible, extraordinary, exceptional and angelic and pure to be able to pull off such a phenomenal performance so good beyond any describable word!!!!

The sound engineer in the cutting of this is well off, mixing of clapping makes it sound poor. Then it goes crystal clear.

This was just an ok performance for me. Whitney is so hard to sing, especially that song. You need to be amazing to pull it off.
