On March 3rd at midnight they removed my nephew’s organs for transplant. He was only 31. We have been comforting ourselves with hope for the recipients. I’m so sorry for your loss.

In Gods due time you will get the right heart for you

My son is 31 and been at the end stage congestive heart failure for 3 years now but at the first time, in the hospital for it his heart was at 15%. A year later at 13%. Transplant was not an option for him. So we battle it daily. The week around new years eve i was in and out of the hospital. Thought I had another attack and had another heart catherized and was diagnosed with early stage of it as well. I pray each and every day to God and ask for him to give me strength to keep going.

Prayers for you to get the heart transplant surgery that you need and for God to bless the hands of your surgeon and medical team when the time comes. May God's blessing be upon you and your family. Here is a scripture that I wanted to share: "Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:4-5 🙏🏽

If you were lighter skin you would have received the heart ❤️ it has nothing to do with the heart being too big ..... It's all about your skin tone . As someone who had open heart surgery as a result of HCM with obstruction, I know how stressful this is. I have not been told that I need a new heart but the entire process was so scary. You have my thoughts and prayers.

I pray for you and believe that all will be well.

This is easier said than it is to do, but please, please continue to hold on. Prayers are going to the Lord, God for you especially. So please, hold on. And stay ready!! Have that bag packed and keep it ready to go. When the right donor comes along, all you’ll have to do is let your spirit will say yes.

I’m sorry to hear this, I pray for you and your family. My 15 year old son is on the transplant list, he received an offer and his doctors had to decline because he had a rain bleed and had to get an emergency craniotomy.
