Yes, Dr. Montgomery treats patients all over the world. The medical board of Texas requires he meet with patients in person for an initial office visit and after that you can be treated remotely. We have patients from as far away as United Arab Emirates.

@@MontgomeryHeartWellness I have been having pulsating sound in my left ear when my heart beating fast since been taking Advair for Asthma. Saw two cardiologists because one didn't do a thorough examination. Two echoes showed mild tricuspid regurgitation. Told nothing to worry about. Saw ENT told told tinnitus. Am I supposed to hear my heart beating in my ear and is that indicative of heart murmurs?

Would a VQ scan have helped in this case?

What caused these symptoms. Did he have a hole in his heart or some kind of malfunction?

My uncle has blood clots and is on quite a bit of medication and have been recently hospitalized last week and again yesterday for breathing problems,it’s usually at night when he is in bed that his breathing is low,hard to breathe when he is laying down among other health issues,what do you think should be done to help his breathing?

But it’s not just the vaccine, I have palpitations after having covid. Can’t covid itself cause these issues? My heart monitor showed I had some supraventricular tachycardia when I had symptoms. Doctor said I have escape beats. I don’t understand what that is exactly. Should I assume after having covid, inflammation is causing this to come and go?

Yes COVID can cause these symptoms. He did not have a reported history of COVID infection to our knowledge but did have the vaccine. Hence, we discuss this as a possibility.

Hello ,sometime when I lay down I find it difficult to breathe like there’s a 3 pound weight on my chest,was told I had a hole in my heart in my late teens but months later after more diagnosis that it was no longer there, try to eat healthy,what do you think the murmur is back?

I really enjoy Japanese Sashimi. How is that for things like Blood pressure? I could never go vegan. Don't really enjoy vegetables. I force myself to eat vegetables.
