Our Heart Chakra, also called “Anahata”, is the fourth Chakra and the center of the seven Chakras with three Chakras below and three Chakras above. It is the center, the area where physical and spiritual meet. Our Heart Chakra stands for the ability to give and receive Love and forgiveness. It is the center of hope, trust, compassion and inspiration.
When our Heart Chakra is open, we may feel being deeply connected, the harmonious exchange of energy with all that is around us, and the appreciation of beauty. However, when there’s a blockage of our Anahata, we may experience difficulties in relating with others, such as excessive jealousy, codependency, or being closed down, withdrawn. It is therefore vital to open our Heart Chakra to restore balance and let Love, joy, compassion, beauty and harmony flow into us and with us to the world surrounding us.
The color for the Anahata Chakra is green. For this reason, green predominates in this video, so that you can also visually tune into your heart chakra.
All instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 352Hz, a frequency our Anahata or Heart Chakra can resonate with. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 352 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 352 Hz after completion. I am convinced that, composing 352 Hz Heart Chakra music in its original frequency, will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of this particular Chakra frequency.

Coincidentally, I watched Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory tonight. The little boy found a $10 bill, which led to him going inside a store to purchase a Wonka bar. That one held the golden ticket... leading him all the way to winning ownership of the entire chocolate factory. Your story gave me similar resonance 😇
