Thank you for providing healthy ways to prevent various illnesses and to sustain a better healthy lifestyle. I was wondering if you ever helped anyone who has been through a heart break? When I was younger there was a young man in his twenties that simply ceased to live and eventually died. I was always curious as to how could someone lose their self to just die? Men and women go through ups and downs in relationships but this issue is never addressed as to how it effect the body and mind. I was just wondering if this topic was ever addressed? The culture of having various relationships (which some are quite toxic) could lead to many people becoming mentally unstable and or aggressively ill. I would appreciated if you could address this topic. I think it would help many people who may not know that a heart break and or a toxic relationship can effect both mind and body.

Dr. Montgomery i was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. The cervical canal is closi ng but i do not want the surgery that i could die or become paralyzed. I am 70 and want to know if you or any of you colleagues have any alternatives.
