Nate is an awesome journalist. Always thinking of Dylan’s family. What a nightmare.

I've followed this case from the start and share the family's frustration at not being able to find this young man. It's just so sad.

Someone needs to look into the judicial system in Utah, like they did in S. Carolina.

I've been waiting so long to hear about Dylan. I'm so sorry it's going so badly.

What a despicable man Jim Brenner is not to reveal Dylan’s whereabouts so Candice and family can bring him home and finally lay him to rest. I hate ti say it but it is the only leverage Brenner has when it goes to trial and he finds out what his sentence is.

@@johnunsicker7440 the really pathetic, sad thing about Dylan’s death is the fact that if Brenner had been in prison where he belonged after multiple felony convictions Dylan would probably still be alive and happily farming!! Seriously, how many felony convictions for assaults, “malicious wounding”, (which sounded like attempted murder to me! Illinois! Who knows), malicious firing of a firearm and multiple convictions for being a felon in possession of firearms does it take for law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges to finally say enough is enough and sentence a person to life for the protection of the public!!!

Don’t feel sorry for her! She was a horrible mother to Dylan! She was an alcoholic when she was raising Dylan and even tried to run over Dylan’s dad with her car when they were married! She was verbally and physically abusing Dylan!! He moved away because his grandparents bought him the land so he could pursue his dream. I feel so bad for Dylan!! 😢😢

This is ridiculous! Dylan is not getting any justice! Why? And why isn’t it national news?The squeaky wheel gets the oil.

Took me forever to catch up on this case. It really got to me. They are so so brave & I pray they will be able to find Dylan and give him the proper respects. My hearts & prayers go out to Dylan’s family & all the family’s that have been through this.

I think, the reason Brenner's arraignment has taken so long to happen is that it's because without Dylan's body, even with the evidence they have on Dylan's cellphone, it isn't enough to prove Brenner is guilty of Dylan's murder, We all know Brenner is 100% guilty of Dylan's murder, but for the state of Idaho to prove-it beyond a reasonable doubt, it's going to take more evidence. . . . . and Brenner knows this, Hopefully soon, Candace and her family, will get a conviction but, it's going to take more time and evidence

Exactly! That's what people always seem to forget. People want to push law enforcement for arrests and trials. But, would they rather have someone acquitted due to lack of evidence? Or would they rather give law enforcement enough time to gather the evidence needed for the case to have a stronger case against the criminal? Personally, I'd rather wait to ensure the criminal is locked up for the rest of his/her life (generally speaking).

Ive never heard of a family wanting to keep their searches private.. And discourging searchers to look for a missing person...Im not following this thinking of hers at all

@jimterry8916 Wow really I have always thought there was more to this case then what is began said. A lot of the things she is say just doesn't sound right and she complaining about so much stuff with the police and legal system but that is just how it works. She was throwing a fit that they didn't charge Brenner when they knew he did it but the police didn't know he did it for sure and he was also in jail for other crimes and there was no need to move fast and messed the case up.

As to all accusations on either side, I would like to see the sources of information before swallowing it "hook, line,and sinker". I've been falsely accused ALL of my 73 + years of life: a scapegoat for those who do what they accuse me of, or who just like "drama". So I'm particularly interested in provable FACTS. I want to see TRUTH before believing another's judgement. We humans are pretty easy to believe the loudest, most persistent, voice! SHOW the FACTS.

Check the camper trailer sewer tank. My son and I (Washington state) discuss this case often. We don't know alot about cadaver dogs, or sewer breakdown inside a trailer, but my son brought this idea up in our random talks.

Why would they look in the sewer? Have you seen the little toilet's in the trailers? What did he do? Grind him up in a Cuisinart? I know they do a lot of drugs in Washington.

@kellywiese8991 it was just a thought. Parts of a body can be put into the tank easily. We talk about this often. Another place to check is water trucks. Tank trucks. Fertilizer trucks.

were his parents aware that there was a dangerous criminal squatting on Dylan's land? If so, there's a factor of negligence on the part of his parents and the police for not immediately removing the criminal from the property and making sure he can't get back there.

I don’t understand one thing, why they play games with Brenner. Stretching time. In my hands he would be confessing to his crime on next day. Showing where Dylan is. System is soft. So is government. Justice for Dylan

I hate to think this or even say it but If that man was taking out trash bags right under the LEOs noses , he could of had Dylan in the trash bags that he was taking off the property. So I would be looking in the landfills , Or in well holes. Also someone that is in jail or prison where this man is needs to make friends with him to gain his trust so he will have someone to talk to .

Personally I feel like she should never have told people don't search for his body... Many people bodies are found or clues are found by opening it up to the public and letting everyone help. Especially if y'all have had no success not sure why you wouldn't want all the help you can get. 🤔

I mean no disrespect to anybody, for what I’m about to say. I went on Dylan’s Facebook page and asked how y’all were doing and if anything was found yet? And the answer they came back to me was very rude and if you want this case to stay alive , you Gotta stop telling people that they’re not welcome to help y’all. I know if it was my child I would want every single person out there looking for my child’s remains. Or I would try to make a deal to get that old ass to tell me what he did with him. I would demand seasoned detectives, and attorneys to go in and play the game so he would tell them where my child was.

8months away really that’s fucked up they have evidence get that man in fucking court

@@choctawlove6060 the op used the words "have him caught" which to me would refer to the killer. Just trying to clarify to her the killer has been caught. Who the parents are allowing to search for the body is a whole other issue.

I still don’t understand why they don’t want people to go looking for him? I mean I get it it’s a crime scene when they find his bones or say he still alive. Even I understand that crime scene what I don’t understand is why they don’t want people going to looking for him. And usually most of the time hunters in the area Will come across bones and stuff. I am a hunter and it’s common all the time people hunting find bones of all sort of stuff. And I understand that the people that have been involved in the case a few of them are worthless pieces of garbage but still, I would want every person in any person to go searching for my baby. And like I said, when I did get on Facebook and ask them how things were doing how things were going they were very rude and I mean I understand why well I don’t even know who wrote me back, but they were very rude. I just assumed it was somebody I knew the family.
