Trying out the recipe. Should the dough be in dropping from the spatula consistency. I had it becoming slightly thick. Instead of scooping I was just able to make small balls and put it into the liners. Is there any change that needs to be done for better consistency? Please guide. The muffins cooked up properly in stipulated time. Waiting for it to cool & taste 🙏

Instea of brown sugar can I use normal powered sugar

Although u can replace but we must tell you that brown sugar makes muffins more soft and moist. The texture is better with brown sugar.

Can't we use normal white sugar instead of the brown sugar.
