I'm not usually one for over sharing but I've just finished my first week of chemotherapy and I won't lie I'm scared of how it's affecting me, but your enthusiasm for the topic helped put my mind at ease. So thank you, you have no idea how much I needed this today

You are strong, remember that your mind is stronger than everything, so practice ways to cure what you can with thoughts, manifestation and positive energy. So your way through this becomes easier, happier and it might even cure you faster, I believe you can control many aspects of your body with your mind (it takes time, believing and practice)

For your first guest, he shows us food which I eat most of it. The food is very healthy without sugar, carbs, and fat. This food has becomevery costly. The calflower used to be around $2.0 and now it is almost $4.0. The average farm raised Salmon fish was $6.0 a pound and now it is $9.50. The Besmati Rice used to by a dollar for a pound and now more than $1.60 if you buy 10Lb or more. The rest of items have become very costly as. The average increase in prices has been 85 percent. Inflation is hurting and may prevent some people from eating healthy food. Excellent interview with my lovely brother.

@@ismaelibrahem1015 your OP for a rice based restaurant said they had no carbs, fat or sugar. Meat has fat. Some people only eat meat. Protein and fiber was the only thing left... So, lentils? Rice is still one of the cheapest things to eat but need to add some kind of fat to feel full.

@Recovering Soul I eat 20 percent food with carb and salmon and chicken and lamb on Gril. And once a week, I eat beef liver. I eat 3 TBS Basmati rice or Burgal. The rest consists of tomatoes, parsley, cucumber, and red onion. A cup of Turkish coffee without sugar and milk. The rest is water with lemon. My wife and I make kunafa with our own making cheese. I feel great and score TDs.

Those dishes aren't healthy due to the massive serving sizes. Half would be more than enough.
