Out of all the toys, snuffles, etc. my lab loves lick mat the best. Pumpkin, P butter, b food, etc. Thanks for more tips.He's 4 months and gets anxious sometimes

Thank you for this video!! My dog just enjoyed her first lick mat today. Raw beef, pure pumpkin puree, PB, and banana/spinach mash. I froze it even though she's a newbie. Oops!! She's been at it for 30 mins and she's almost done now. Fantastic!!!

I always enjoy watching your blogs. I've learned valuable information. Please do another showing more recipes to use with lickimats.

It almost seemed a bit too dry - but spread SO nicely! The dogs go crazy over it.

We use lick mats daily. My dogs love them. 2 -5 month old mini goldendoodles. We feed them a raw food diet. The food I use comes in frozen Pattie’s, nuggets. My girls love the nuggets. They love them frozen with some frozen green beans. I also thaw the nuggets and spread them on the mat with a little Diggs peanut butter or pumpkin. I measure out 1 cup of nuggets (Meal amount) then freeze….they love them and it takes them 20-30 minutes to clean them out.

I’m getting my first puppy in 10 days. I’m very excited and have been doing all my homework. Watching your videos has been so educational. My breeder recommended that I buy a vitamin supplement paste. It has ingredients I can’t even read. Can you recommend something else that is natural? They recommended the tomlyn nutri cal malt flavored gel supplement for puppies. What can I give my Cockerspaniel instead of this? My puppy will be around 8 weeks old when I pick him up

I’m bringing home my first 8 week old Cockerspaniel next week. After watching your videos I am convinced that a dog needs a raw food diet. I plan on shopping today to my local pet stores. The breeder has him on kibble right now and recommended the things he uses. He also recommended a high calorie gel supplement. I looked at the ingredients and it’s all junk. If I do a raw diet does my puppy need that? Is it a bad sign that he recommended that to use on top of his food? First time per owner, I’m nervous and don’t know everything yet. Any feedback would be helpful! Thank you for your educational videos. Im glad I stumbled upon your channel.

Thank you! For any allergies, I always recommend work with a vet. For my dogs that sometimes have seasonal allergies, i have found quercetin to help!

Hello! So I have a golden doodle who is 11 months and he is currently on a kibble diet. I have always preferred fresh food for my pup but unfortunately it is a bit expensive. We wanted to include new stuff that are enriching and Healthy but we’re afraid of him getting an upset stomach. Anyway, my question is, can I use the licking mat to introduce new foods??

The west paw treat toy / "kong" is unavailable and they do not know when it will be back in stock again.

My dogs do great when I freeze them! It makes them a bit more crunchy, but soothing on the gums

My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety do you think it’s safe to leave a lick mat or kong in his pen for like 2 hours while I’m gone?

My Aussiedoodle is 11 weeks now and his energy level is so high! Hoping this helps! I bought him a treat activity puzzle am she seems to love that and hasn’t gotten it quickly! His last set of shots isn’t for a whole other month :-( than I hope to take him out more to release energy.

Sorry, commented on a live you did about barking and just saw it was 7 months ago so I am going to ask it here instead. My dog has problems with actually barking at stuff. He’s a rescue and a very timid dog. He doesn’t bark for food, doesn’t bark for toys, and I’ve had him for two months and only heard him bark twice and that was for a cat he saw outside. I don’t want to do the technique you showed here by making a fist and it going towards him since it’s clear he’s been abused in the past from how guarded he is with eating, drinking, and even sudden noises. Is there perhaps another way to stimulate him to bark?

Please help, I have a problem with my 10 month puppy, Stella. She is NOT food motivated. We started with raw when she came come, moved to cooked, and now she's on Acana, when she's up to it. We try to supplement with cooked chicken, ground meat, and sardines, she picks at and then stops. She's at 13 lbs from 3.9 when we brought her home. Vet just says use kibble. I was really hoping to have her go raw, she just isn't into it. Any thoughts?

Ohhh, have you looked into gently cooked foods? They are found in freezer section of a local pet shop - some dogs really prefer those!

Is something wrong with silicone? I thought silicone was safe. I use silicone food storage for myself.
