In this video I will show you how to make healthy lettuce salad recipe. I love healthy food and the healthy lettuce salad is one of my favorite food. The healthy salad today it's very easy to make, it's very healthy and very delicious. I hope you will like my healthy salad recipe today.
Ingredients
100 g lettuce
150 g cucumber
100 g cherry tomatoes
1 yellow onion, diced
For the dressing
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
A little salt to taste
A little pepper to taste
2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
1.Place the vegetables in a mixing bowl.
2.Mix mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and olive oil together.
3.Pour the salad dressing over the vegetables and stir the ingredients together.
4.Transfer the healthy lettuce salad into a plate. ENJOY!
