Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my first fakeaway video of 2021. As we are lockdown and to cheer me up each week I've been making a different fakeaway so thought I would upload how to make them as part of my #FridayFakeaway series. Most of you know I'm also following slimming world so trying to make fakeways that are as a syn free as possible too :)

Ingredients Needed
Egg Fried Rice
- 1/2 cup of basmati rice
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1 egg
Chinese Chicken Curry
- 60g mayflower curry powder
- 200ml water
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 chicken breasts
Chow Mein Noodles
- 1/2 pack dried egg noodles
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- 1/2tsp Chinese five spice
- 2tbsp soy sauce
Beef in Black Bean Sauce
- 1 steak
- 4 spring onions
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 red chilli
- 1/2 jar of beef in black bean sauce
- packet of stir-fry vegetables
Roasted Broccoli
- 1 broccoli
-1/2tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- frylight

Great video, thank you for sharing - definitely going to give it a go! Can I ask were your got your jar of black bean sauce from & how many syns in the jar? Thank you x

Thank you. This was just a Tesco one and it was 6.5 suns for the whole jar so if shared between 4 people, hardly anything :)
Can u tell us where the syns are
