This is not how the plantains turn out - I tried and it was not even close - then I checked the video there was one chunky piece that is nowhere to be seen in your cooked plantain - I figured these were store-bought - plus FYI the yellow comes either through color or through turmeric

Your plantain is different from us. Ours are smaller...

plantain chips will beat potato chips any day
It shocked me when you use unripe plantain 😂 since in here, unripe bananas are only used for savoury food. Or else, it wont be good at all. And usually it would be bitter and numb.
Ma Please make the ripe plantain 😫
I see where I messed up, my temperature was too high, will set my oven to 350, I don't have a 360 setting. Thanks 4 sharing.

Nina Moxie thanks for watching.
This is not how the plantains turn out - I tried and it was not even close - then I checked the video there was one chunky piece that is nowhere to be seen in your cooked plantain - I figured these were store-bought - plus FYI the yellow comes either through color or through turmeric
We baked over an hour ...I don't know why would say 15 minutes!!! ...and still sagy ...yack
def not healthy but good
Those are bananas not plantain or whatever
