Thank you very much, I’m NOT a stay at home Dad. But after my precious wife has cooked for me for over 35 years…. Well, it’s my turn. I was always afraid to ruin salmon… until I watched this! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! She loved it!
My goodness! I can't hardly wait to make this recipe. Looks delicious and so easy to make with everyday ingredients available in most kitchens.
When using the knife to scrape items off the cutting board use the back of the knife so you don't dull the blade.

This is an amazing recipe. I marinated for 4 hours before cooking and it was great. Had some juice left over and used to season my veggies (potatoes, zucchini, egg plant and yellow peppers). YUMMY!!!!
Don’t marinate fish for more than a couple hours. Twenty four hours it will start to “cook” in the lemon juice (acid) and become mushy, losing its firmness.

I had high cholesterol, I will say I never ate salmon in my life but now that I’ve been eating salmon 2x per week and cut off fast food . My cholesterol levels are back to normal and it’s only been 1 month and half. I love salmon now ❤ I also work out 🏋️♀️, 30 minute weight lifting and 30 minutes cardio 3-4 days out of the week
I’m a newbie at cooking and this came out fireeee only marinated it for a few seconds!!! Thank you!!
I love salmon in the air fryer. I don’t make it any other way. I have salmon thawing in the fridge now. I’ll have to try this recipe.

Looks good! I have an airfryer and when I use it I always wonder just how healthy is an airfryer material itself? 🤔 😩
Thanks .. Was very good , my family opted for no Peprica
Cool
Yummy 🤤
Love salmon.
I don’t like Salmon but my son does, this was cut of apparently lol I want to make this for him.
So airfry for 400° 8 to 10 minutes reachingan internal temp of 145°, and making sure the pieces have space around them, GOT IT, TYSM sir. Yep lemon, olice oil, garlic salt and pepper are my all time fav. Will tey the rest of the ingredients too... also instead of normal Soy, try Braggs Amino Acids its a healthier choice than regular market bought soy 😉

10 min at what temp ??
What air fryer is that please? It is huge.
Don't scoop with the sharp edge of your knife, use opposite side to keep your knife sharp.
What happens if I don’t have soy sauce I still can marinate it with lemon and garlic?
What temperature do you cook it at?

An easy way to tell if someone doesn’t know how to cook salmon is to see if they are using lemons. Lemons are a clear sign that someone can’t properly cook and season a salmon

WOW, you said HEALTHY and then you covered it in SALT. It gives you strokes and heart attacks by hardening you arteries. Is there a healthy recipe here?

Salt is required to live. If you require a low salt diet, it is because you have a specific health condition that requires a specific diet. Consult with your doctor or nutritionist.

@@Thestayathomechef WRONG. We get enough salt in our diets in one year to last a lifetime. If you ADD salt you are shortening your life and apparently it starts in your teens, but you don't se the effects until much later in life. Don't add salt, there are spicy alternatives. Please research. You need 200-500mg salt per day to survive. two slices of bread is 120mg. How much more do you need?
@Thestayathomechef

Sounds like you know your needs really well. I know my salt needs quite well too because I am on a high salt diet and take 1,000mg supplements. As it turns out, every body is different and our needs are different. It sounds like your body requires very little salt. There’s no need to project that on others and call them unhealthy for it. I would literally die if I followed your dietary advice so maybe reconsider attempts to practice medicine without a license.

@@Thestayathomechef sounds like you don't have a point. You represent 1.7% of the American population so your argument is irrelevant. Tell everyone to add salt to their diet if you like, but don't be so hypocritical to call yourself "healthy" to 95% of the population!
So wordy!!! Speed it up
