Hello devansh your query about roti protein is genuine and I would like to answer it, so the protein is extracted from roti so the quality and absorption rate won't be that good so it is better you stick to pea protein or Hemp protein.

Maltodextrine is the most liver toxic sweetener and just bad for people who have diabetes or insulin sensitivity issues

They all have colors and sweeteners that are liver toxic, cause gut imbalance and inflammation. Use unflavored whey isolate/ concentrate/ blended. Bhai, aur nahi to smoothie bana lo unflavored whey ke saath, it will be better tasting and good for health. all the best!

I have used it for a month it gives a good pump and energy during my workouts! i guess for intermediate lifter like me it works just fine but for an advance lifter i wouldn’t recommend it. One negative is that it is very sweet 😅like the one scoop of 12.5 mg even in 500 ml of water is super sweet, be careful of that if u don’t like to have a super sweet pre workout! Best flavour according to me - rocket candy( yeah i tasted other flavours from my gym buddies who bought the same😅)

Everything in access amount is harmful brother tum jada se jada kitna loge isko ek scoop 2 scoop, 4 gm malto se kuch nahi hone wala it will effect u when ull consume 30-50gms per day 2-4 gm se nahi hora kuch bachpan se horlicks, bournvita, complan kha rahe ho na usme hota hai large Amount me maltodextrin hua kuch ye toh phir bhi whey protein hai

Bro In 1 L milk we get 30 g protein out of which 6 gm protein contains whey and 24 gm is casein.... You need 166L milk to get 1 kg of whey protein.... Whey protein is a scam bro so you trustified..... Fake comments fake likes you need to do something 😂😂😂

few Questions for trustified 1.do companies know when you are testing their products nd do they know when retest will happen? i would like trustified to randomise the retesting time coz see if they know retest is happening they will improve their product quality before hand. 2 do the testing happnes with full pack like 1kg or 500 grams coz everyone knows that when you scoop the upper part comes first lower part remains unchecked nd we dont know about even distribution. 3 add personal opinion regarding process such as undeclared methods. coz we dont know how it works if few more questions rises will let trustified know.

Sorry to say but this has always been the strategy of big muscles.. instead of spending money on their product quality they spend that amount on hiring influencers and big actors.. even if the product passes this test,the question is will you trust a brand which has already cheated us?i had purchased more than 10 tubs of their gold way before getting a reality check...
