"I cook a MEAN spagh ball" ~ Top quote of 2019
"I cook a mean spag bol" 😂😂😂
This is a wonderful video! It really sweeps aside the unfair misconceptions that ballerinas are haughty anorexics. Really great :)
Liked the editing.
It's "Berocca," it's a tablet you put it water and it makes it orange and fizzy. It contains lots of vitamins and minerals, it's supposed to improve your daily physical performance or something like that, I take it, it's good :)
The adrenaline thing never occurred to me before!I understand how it works and everything, but I never thought to apply that to the real world! It must be a huge strain on the body, wow.
i would love tht!!! being part of a ballet company is y dream job well just dancing in general but being part of a company is amazing and also dancing on maybe like tv shows like xfactor as like a backround dancer would be amazing but this is my dream job!!!!
awesome video. Fantastic work. gain a lot of knowledge from this clip.
Fantastic video! It gives great insight to a dancer's lifestyle.
Wow! What an awesome video/documentary! And so so true!
I can't wait to start living like this!
Being a ballet dancer is definitly my alter ego
Because when you've had your feet squashed into a tight pointe shoes and you've been dancing strenuously for maybe even 8 hours, your feet will have swelled to massive proportions. They'll probably be in a lot of pain and they'll be red and puffy. What do you do when something is swollen? You cool it down. With that in mind, with feet double their size you'd probably want to dunk them in a big bucket of ice wouldn't you? :D

yeah. it's been 7 years since you've commented this but everyday after class my favourite thing at home is dunking my entire lower calves and feet into an ice bucket (and food). It feels sooooo good.
This is a great video!
wooow! no words!
yeah I have tendonitis in my right foot/leg and I'm en pointe and sometimes that wears me down. Thankfully I have around 10 gel packs lol:D
Does anyone know what dance 4:28 is from?? It looks amazing!

Muito bacada discutir o que está atrás da dança, a rotina de uma pessoa em que tudo compõe o trabalho.

I am working hard towards that dream too
Dark haired dancer looks so much like the Center Stage actress.
To gain more foot strength after wearing pointes.
I would do anything to be able to shadow the physiotherapists at the Australian Ballet.
Injury prevention: Correct positioning.
No offense to the ballerinas out there: I’ve never imagined a ballerina eating jellybeans. Since my mother was forever like, “THEY MUST EAT LIKE, ONLY A BIT OF YOGURT AND AN APPLE AND SOME WATER, TO STAY THAT THIN,”
Hahaha if only it were as simple as that...
What are they saying, "borocca"? And then they show some tablets and an orange drink...? They have it before a performance I think they said. Around 1:26
