So good to see you both after such a difficult time, also good to see Jim with a smile on him, keep your chins up fella's thinking of you all. 🇬🇧
Stubby’s really looking great! You guys are doing a great job on it! With all the knowledge you both have, and especially Mr. Chaimberland ‘s wisdom, I don’t see any reason why Stubby should not come out amazing! Keep up the great work guys!
Your dad really knows his stuff. Nice to see you both back to work on your passion. It's very difficult to lose a loved one, but it's good that you have such an awesome distraction, fixing up classic trucks.
Hi guys ! Love the vids. I watch most of them on my smart tv so i can't comment but do put likes. So sorry about your mom ! I am 85 yrs old and blessed with good health here in Florida. Had a 99 Frieghtliner years ago with my son. Now just my 93 F350 dually 7,3 crew with a big cap and 35ish amber lights. Wife says it looks like a space ship coming up the street ! Keep up the great work !
Learn all you can from Dad, while you still have him. Multi talented guys like him are far and few between and a godsend. Keep on trucking.

That is a GOOD LOOKIN TRUCK- Not too much chrome but just enough
Mike I have enjoyed watching you and your dad work together. I lost my dad almost 3 years ago now and we work a lot together on things. His name and my name both are Mike. Good to see you too out in the shop and not just letting this tragedy keep you guys down. Thought and prayer for you and your family. Chin up!!
Jim seems collected and motivated despite that immense body blow. Procrastination, which I believe is a form of depression, seems not to throttle him, thank Goodness.
Sorry for you loss mike.
I like what your dad is doing nothing outrageous.
Lost my Mom in 2001 still miss her she's still with me in ♥

Great to see you both.
Good to see you both out and about , your dad done a top job on that back end a few bits to put back on and the old truck should be ready to go back to work if the need is there take care you two cheers "RB" Albury Australia "downunder"
Hey, they make these rubber plugs that will go in and they got a wingnut on one end and you tighten the wingnut and expands the rubber and they sell them at like auto parts stores all over. That would be the best bet and if you can’t find them I’ll get you two of them and send them to you, I love your show. Keep doing what you’re doing. You and your dad are awesome people wish I could be there helping you guys I’m Autobody and Paint guy. I’d help you paint all your trucks.
If you don’t run a trans cooler, you’ll need to make a loop hose or buy the little 5 bolt port cover so the pump can circulate oil.
Glad to see you both back to work, it's a good distraction, I know from personal experience !
Hey Mike, l reckon the best and cheapest way to block that spare hole in the transmission is with a metal core plug like from an engine block.
That's good to see your dad getting around man and you guys are trying to you know get along make it wrong a little bit you should try to use titanium step bits they'll go through that very fast as long as you keep them boiled they will go through fast
Buy dad a mag drill best investment ever.
Stubby is coming together ❤❤
Respect for you both, after such a difficult time.
It’s nice to see you and your dad working in such a difficult time. I unfortunately lost my dad a couple of days ago so I can relate how you’re feeling. Stubby is starting to look great I can’t wait to see your dad take it for its first spin up the road once it’s back together. Why don’t you shout Tim from gentry and sons I’m sure he help you out build a engine for Smokey

Sorry for your loss Ross ❤️
I hope both are doing fine after difficult time and family mike
Great to see you and your Dad working together after such a difficult time. Mike, have you heard about that company called Edison Motors down in Merritt that covert old trucks to diesel electric? Now that would be cool to convert one of yours. Maybe they need a demo truck in northern B.C….hint, hint!

Yes I have, I think they are on to something there. Would be cool to make k2 electrified
Gréât to see you and your Dad
And your Dad is making splendid progress on stubby too!!
Glad to see a new video been worried about you guys
Being a fly on the wall while you two hang out and work on trucks is pretty cool. I learned, I laughed, I got choked up it was all a good time
Tell your dad that he is doing an amazing job on old stubby bringing it back to life. Keep up the good work guys I love watching your channel.
They are entitled to talk it will help them through their loss. Prayers for the family
Nice to see you back coping with your sad loss.
Hello to you both nice to see Father and son back to talking and working on the trucks And after your sad news Keep on going and yes the pain of a lost member of the family is hard at first Stay safe think positively George Whelan from the UK 🇬🇧
I love that blue paint job, she came out great. Also love the budget builds. They look great.
I can relate to that in my model building... One step forward,,, Then two steps back!!
fantastic intro
Dented tank makes for good story starter. Leave it like it is. There's plenty of perfect tanks at shows, and people barely notice them.
You guys are legends, getting out there and doing it given all you have just gone through, very well done chaps.
Tell your dad, I'm 68 years old and I do my laundry once a week, and have been doing it for a long time. Been praying that the LORD JESUS will comfort you both.
Mike, Mark hear, not trying to be a know it all, but I think your retired mechanic was meaning the timing advance in the front cover that the weights are stuck possible. Look into it before u take the air fuel ratio valve off back of pump.that can be a little tricky to put back on if u have never done one before. Also I'm very sorry about your Mom. I wish your Dad an u the best.
Great video Mike and Dad glad to see the progress on stubby. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Mike and Dad.
👏👏👏
Hope you are all doing great you r whole family bless you an family Mike
That is what I was use one of these trucks for is to haul my 5th wheel camper around the only problem is I don’t want to spend the time nor the money going thru truck driving and getting a CDL when it is only going to be personal use
💯
Slow and easy lads. Whatever works works :-) All the best to the family as well.
Hi mike.... God bless you and your family.... Keep your dad busy... By the way Duke looks real good.
Gentry and sons are outstanding they have a ton of trucks plus a Kenworth t-600 semi truck wrecker
Hi mike you can use a car engine freeze plug will work on that 18 speed transmission I used it on mine take care
So good to see both of you back to it again after such a hard time missed the videos
Great you guys are back! Love the positive attitude.
Hi From Sweden a ideé about the plug ... look at hydralic rubber plug that farmers use for the traktor equipment " sorrt for my spelling"
Drill and tap the whole and get a plug if they are not available
Need to get a mag drill
Lost my wife of 29 years 3 years ago from cancer
I can relate to that too... My model builds have character and patina too lol!!
Hey Guys glad to see you back Mike if you level the mudflaps on Duke and put a bungey cord through the holes on the hangers they will stay level and wont kick up
You may consider the Milwaukee m 18 mag drill for frane holes Jc Smith projects loves his
With all the engine and Trans and lift work Y'all do.. get a Gantz crane.
Hu Mike I hope everyone is OK good to see you are working on the trucks again. What is happening with the kenworth out side
Duke is lookin sweet!!
Low speed heavy feed and lube to drill holes and split tip drill bits
So sorry for your loss Mike. as a thought, Why don't you remember your mum by renaming one of the trucks in her name and Memory, ( have it put on the truck too) that your doing, it would be great for your dad too knowing that every time he opens the workshop door he will see her name on one of the trucks . All the best my friend
😎👍
