Amazing how this speaks to ancestral belief systems/healing in Southern Africa! To the tee!!

I'm teaching yoga philosophy and philosophy as a practice in the ecological emergency and there are so many overlaps here. I talk about fragmentation internally, and I think that what you're doing here, literally and metaphorically, is integrating. I love this work. I'm also amused and indeed delighted to find another connection with Jill: I know Inishturk. I've been to Clare island a few times, and lived in Mayo for 17 years, on the Erris peninsula. So I know all about the storms. And sound. And banshees. And healing chants. No. I know almost nothing of these things, but I have glimpsed insights during my years and it is so encouraging to hear what you're doing. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you so very much for sharing this discussion! I came across your incredible work several years ago, and always find your lectures extremely helpful and informative. Interestingly, I've been trying to work through another ancestral line , and am having difficulty. However, thanks to the powers of synchronicity, your mentioning the individual focusing on healing through the connection of repeating familial date representation was quite a pivotal moment. Thank you!

What a treat !

My father was a serial paedophile , responsible for many ruined lives, and a child suicide. He was never prosecuted despite abusing babies / toddlers and causing terrible developmental trauma. How do I honour him ( when my only living child has been in mental hospital for 16 of the past 22 years as a result of my father’s actions)?
