It won't cure my PTSD, or pay off the $55,000 in debt the narcissist left me, it won't heal the stress related illnesses I have now, I won't get the house back the narcissist lost to foreclosure, it won't pay the all the delinquent utility bills that the narcissist put in MY name, it won't pay my therapy bills, it won't erase my kid's memories of Dad hurting mommy, either. But, it was pretty to concentrate on the video for a few minutes. But, the only subliminal message I got was the one with the people holding up mirrors.
