Hi Kimberly, I hope you feel better soon. A slow cooker really helps me when I can’t cook. It’s easy to add chicken and a sauce and let it cook. Also microwave rice pouches help too 💐

Hi Iam so glad you have a support system . Iam not . Living in a country and my family in another country Miles away. Im alone and dealing with schizophrenia and now iam in a bad place for weeks now maybe months. I’m a numb feeling right now . I feel awful real awful

I take zyprexa too I am on a low dose, 10 mg. Zyprexa makes almost everyone hungry but I am on lybalvi which is zyprexa and an appetite suppressant. Try to get it but it is very expensive. I have excellent insurance and my copay is only a few dollars. Regardless of what you might have heard the government insurance here in the USA is good for some people. I don't know how it's figured, some people don't have it. I also have very cheap rent in a good part of town. I don't plan on leaving here ever because everything is near me and public transportation is very good. I don't drive. Funny thing happened, when the pandemic hit the buses were made free and now that it's over everyone is refusing to pay. If everyone does the wrong thing the government can't enforce it. I always pay though for the bus. The subway is still expensive. Keep posting!
