I felt led to share my journey to healing. I am currently healing from multiple different things and I am determined to be the BEST me that I can be! I would love to help those that may be experiencing the same thing. In our generation, we often only post the "good", which gives a false impression that our lives are perfect. This video is me being transparent and sharing my struggles, my life is not perfect. I go through things as well but I am doing my very best to become the best ME. It will not be an overnight process but I will get there. I AM ENOUGH!

I just love your vibe and how transparent you are. I knew the first time watching your video that I was going to love your channel. God lead me to find your channel. Gods presence is so strong in your videos and I love it. There is a song that helps me get through and just settled in my spirit. It’s called Same Grace by William Murphy. Thank you for this video I had my session this morning and my three affirmations that I have to say in the mirror everyday is I love myself, I’m worthy, and I’m beautiful. Unfortunately I haven’t been consistent with doing it, but seeing this video and hearing your affirmation and how your therapist have you say it when you walk in the room. Motivates me and reminds me to be consistent with my healing as well. Love you hun and yes you are more than enough WE are more than enough and as long as we continue to seek God first everything else will fall through 🙌🏽❤️
