He is solving cases without going through the proper channels, without due process. How? Through intimidation. For example, labor disputes that usually takes months or years to solve are usually settled in one phone call.

I watch him during senate sessions and he is embarrassing. He doesn’t even have a clue as to the separation of duties of a legislator vis-a-vis the executive. He is so full of himself.
