Hello Everyone, in this video we will show you how you can upgrade your car's Stock Halogen Bulb (55/60W) to a Rally Car's Halogen Bulb i.e. 100/90W or 130/100W. All you need for that are the bulbs and Cut-out relay circuit.

@@RevExplorers सर, क्या रिले किट लगाना जरूरी है? मेरी dzire vxi 8 साल पुरानी है, अभी तक ओरिजिनल वायरिंग है...बस दोनों हेडलाइट असेंबली पीली पड़ गई हैं तो वो अब चेंज करूँगा और osram के 100/90 H4 लगवाऊंगा।

I think i20 had a similar thing, you will need to make a small hole on the dust cover, just enough to pass the wires. If you have to cut the add on relay wires and do not cut the main car wiring.

if you install a high power light, it increases the lumen hence increasing visibility and with high power led always use cut-out relay

Relay is for your switch safety
55/60 w bulbs yeh set up kar sakte hain. Agar 100/90 nahin lagana chahey toh.

No you cannot fit H7 in this relay. You will need H7 relay to fit in your H7 bulbs

the simple mechanism of relay is to shift load from your switch as Hight current could melt it and hence relays are used. Relay enables you to draw the power from battery directly when you turn on the swtich (which actually powers the relay and then headlight)
My car was gone to a mechanic and he installed the headlight relay with 90/110W bulbs . It was ok for few months after that every 2 to 3 days both headlights stops working. I went to an electrician, he changed my fuse from 20 amps to 40 both headlights. After changing it after few days , both headlights stopped again . When I checked the fuse, it was melted. What to do ?

this means your headlights are malfunctioning and drawing more than the required power, 12V x 20A = 240W. If the fuse is melting there is something wrong or the wiring is shorting somewhere. Don't use more than 20A fuse on it

Bhai tune dekha nhi kya usme 3 copler hai 2 headlight ki aur ek aur tha jo ki switch me gya hai dhyan se dekhna aur +- ka toh direct hai

@@RevExplorers Sorry but there's only one rotary knob that I could find , rotating which doesn't do anything. If you could make a video for such for alto , it'd have been helpful.

Because the spill light above the cut-off right into oncoming traffic's eyes is of course much brighter as well. The clause would be some regulation which requires spill light above the cut-off to be less than X Lux, which only 55/60 Watt lamps meet.
Bro is relay is important to use 100/90 Watts I am not using in my car I am planning to upgrade bulb 130/100 Watts in my Nissan Sunny car Please suggest Philips 130/100 or hai osram 130/100

@@sachinbhadana5440 agar apke reflector new hai toh 100/90 Philips lagoo badiya result hai Relay is not necessary you can add it for safety it is up to you. 130/100 damage karega agar tum zyda night long drive krte ho toh 130/100 ki life km hoti hai compare to 100/90

OEM ke wiring shayad utna power handle nahi kar pate aur headlight bar bar fuse ho jaegi. Dusri baat, wire mein aag lagne ka bhi khatra rahega.. Isiiliye better hai ke relay ke sath he high power headlights car mein lagae.

सर मैंने अपनी ओमनी वैन के अंदर रिले लगवा कर 100/ 120 के बल्प ईस्टाल करवाएं पर कभी लेफ्ट तो कभी राईट साईट का बल्प खराब हो जाता है किया कारण हो सकता है

Mein asha karta hu aapne relay rating 100/120w ka lagwaya hoga. Agar phir bhi bulb fuse ho raha hai toh Iska kaaran yahi hai ke wiring mein gadbad ho sakti hai ya grounding theek se nahi kiya hai aur kahi wire short ho rahi hai. Agar phir bhi fuse ho raha hai toh relay check kare. Mein suggest karunga ke aap kaam power wala halogen bulb use kare, jaise 90/100w, jissi ke battery pe zyada load na aae.
me meri alto 800 me lagwana chahata hu..
