To explain “I used to write en route to the bando I was really on the m1 with the beat” m1 is a substitute for the phrase m way which like a Highway or street so he saying he used to write while he riding on his way to the bando but it’s a double entendre because m1 is also a producer who headie frequently collabs with so he’s saying he writes songs while he’s on the street but he also literally writes on m1’s beats and the “now I’m covered in water they should’ve never sent H2O” line he’s referring to himself saying they should’ve never sent him to overtime which means putting in extra work (assuming the streets and the studio) because now he can provide for himself the diamonds (the water) he’s covered in
