My daughter is the property manager at Eagles Crest at Jack Miller apartment complex in Clarksville, Tennessee. I stopped by to visit her just as she was setting up for a pool party for the residents there. Her office girl was bringing these balloons to the pool area in the golf cart, and it just reminded me of a clown car 😂
