Yes, 65 years old, nothing close to this, my physical is a brief conversation with the doctor. I do my own blood tests and show my doctor my results He knows that I work hard at living clean life. No need to check Me out, unless I complain about something. That is why I believe all these intimate medical exams are unnecessary. Unless of course the individual complains about pain in a specific area (groin, breast. GU)

I assume for Americans its because many of us are too busy working or cannot afford to see a doctor on the regular to begin with. it would be better if society had time for in depth checkups like this and it was encouraged. better then waiting until someone bothers you real bad then its too late.

The majority of the practice examinations are performed on friends and/or future colleagues (and some are just random volunteers), which is often awkward, so yes, people get nervous and laughter is a frequent sign of nerves.

Yeah BMI is definitely not a perfect system, it usually fails to account for muscle weight as opposed to fat content. I have lots of friends who are very fit (and NOT overly muscular or large) and register as "obese". I always take a BMI result with a grain of salt.
