I bought the T-28 years before they offered it with safe select(2015), I just ordered the Corsair 7/05/24. The T-28 is an absolute phenomenal flying plane and my only complaint is the part I need has been on backorder for over a year now. I wore out my front landing gear, other than that it's held up nicely, next year will make 10 years on an original eflite plane with no replacement parts other than the front strut. I wanted to watch this video to see how the Corsair does off grass runways because mynew club field only has grass, however I dont forsee any problems. This Corsair will be my 19th Eflite plane, because of Eflite and Spektrum radios,starting in 2015 I could afford to get into this hobby. Love it, crashing or landing. I'm smiling all the way to the crash site

Nice flying from Jeff and TJ. I like the T-28 but I think the Corsair took this one all the way with the grass kiss, it is a tail dragger. Great job guys, that is why we fly to have fun.

That was a winner, Great job videoing multiple aircraft definitely difficult.Both T.J. amd Jeff looked matched in skill so it was a great head to head.

Guys stick a BL15 kv1050 Maul motor in them planes. Direct fit and you'll get a huge gain in punch. I fitted the motor to my Corsair and Nanchang almost like a 3d plane with its power to weight now. I was disappointed with my stock T28 power. It didn't seem as fast as the Brian Philips video made out. I love both these birds!! Stock T28 heavier more stable and faster. Easier to land but will start to bend the front gear on grass. Corsair lighter more nimble aimed for more experienced pilots. Harder to land will tip over on long grass potentialy breaking a prop. Long grass just hand launch. Great vid we need more of these Vs!
