That’s exactly how I feel with the sensory brushes, or a koosh ball, and with other objects. I’m a sensory seeker, so I love objects like that. I have one of the head massagers. It also has a vibrating feature.

It is good news but don't be nervous. It's not a fail or pass exam. Not all of them get it right and not all people are the same.😊
The light head massage is certainly one way to prevent the hard kind, that comes with a meltdown.
i hate asmr so much, it stresses me out to hear people's saliva and the air blowing out of their mouths with each syllable 😵💫🤢 but depending on the person and on my mood, light touches on my arms and back are fine, i like that sometimes.
