Awesome review Jonas! I used to play with the Gravity Tour 1st gen with a leather grip and some weight at 12. Served like a dream, spin was above expectations, control was top notch, and it was really stable. It was a type of racquet that you don’t need to worry about swinging out. Because of it’s control oriented stringbed, you can put a a very lively string without worrying about the ball launching. I really like the paintjob of the Auxetic version! If I wasn’t in love with my PAVS and PA98, I would have given these new Gravity’s a demo!

Would have been an interesting experience to been there for a HEAD Engineers discussion. Did you meet the 2 key engineers who developed the Auxetic for the racquets? Would be great to hear more about the Materials Science in good detail behind the development. Also I can see why this(for now) will not work out well for Prestige's though

I currently play with the Pro Staff Six One 100 V13. It slightly beat out the last Gravity MP model. I wanted the MP to play just a bit firmer or more solid. It sounds like the auxetic may do just that. Is that your impression? Thanks and great review👍✌️

Haven't played with it yet, but pretty excited already! If it turns out, it will be to heavy/demanding, might consider to switch to a Tour version. Thanks for the review! 👌

Thank you for your good review. I have a few more questions for you. A short time ago, I tested both the Pro and Tour. Of the two, I liked the Tour the best, whereas the Pro demands a little too much from me. I currently play with a 305-gram Pure Strike, the same as the Gravity Tour. Now I would also like to test the Gravity MP, which is 295 grams. I want to test this one first without additional weight to see how it plays, but then possibly add 10 grams to get to my usual 305 grams. Where do you recommend adding those 10 grams? How can I best distribute that? If the MP then ends up being the same weight as the Tour at 305, will there still be much difference between these rackets to feel, and if so, what could be the difference in terms of feel, do you think? I'm very curious to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance!

In previous generation review you mentioned that they are a bit sluggish and that Pretisge Tour 360+ is similar but faster through the air and more maneuverable. Do they still feel like this? I went for Pretisge Tour 360+ and it is a great racket but the sweetspot could be bigger and also power should be a bit better. Is the Gravity Tour good replacement?

How does the new Gravity Pro compared to the Head Pro Tour 2.0? I’m currently using the Pro Tour 2.0 and love it but sometimes it can be a bit demanding (basically I’m not good enough) so was thinking maybe the Gravity Pro is a slightly more user friendly Pro Tour 2.0 because of the larger head size and less weight? Although swing weight is similar. Also thinking more access to spin with the Gravity Pro but maybe less power? Basically after a more user friendly pro tour 2.0 so would this be a contender? Thanks for your help.

Hey TN, can you elaborate on what makes this too demanding for a guy with your skills? Seems to me that your skill can handle the weight. I play sometimes with 2020 gravity pro and love it (although I switched to boom pro about a year ago) just because I can maneuver them more easily over 3 sets. I’m a 4.5 and think I can handle it but maybe I’m being too optimistic. I’m considering demoing it and adding it to my bag which currently has 2 boom pros, 2 Wilson blades 16/19 and 1 gravity pro 2020. Would love your thoughts. PS - also want to demo Volkl c10 evo as specs are similar to these and I used to love the original c10 but it was too heavy.

Hello Jonas, I really enjoy your reviews. I have written to you before about this and here i go again. Please include in your reviews on more category that it seems to be ignored by all reviewers. You all talk about intermediate and advanced players (which by its self is a bit vage) but never about "advanced" players that carry some age, injuries and general beat up from time on their soulders. What about the 55+ attacking player who was used to heavy frames (320g), 95sq heads etc but now cannot swing as fast, move as fast or hit as hard and gets tired a lot quicker?. I have never read or watched a review that that considers age as a factor. Am i now an intermediate racket player and should start looking in that category?

The reason I wanted to get this is because of the new technology And because the beam is only 20 mm. The one on the TIS6 is way too thick and gets in the way of my backhand slices. From my experience, unless you like a head heavy balance, I would suggest to get the lighter Tour or MP and customize them to your liking. With the Pro, if it feels too head heavy, stock, and you try to tailweight it, you might end up with a too high of static weight.

I realize you can't review every racket, but since the Gravity S was the first racket you mentioned in your "over-sized racket" review, it seems it would have been included here...

Demoed the Pro Version. Exactly the same feel and performance as the older yellow / purple version. Same your money

If you take 2 minutes to explain the new "magic material", this is likely a cosmetic update, more or less... I liked all the cosmetics of the Gravity line. Only critique for me always was, the lack of feel, almost too plush, because of the huge sweet spot. But this is probably the downside of such a huge sweet spot, the definition will go with it. Still a fan of 95" rackets.

Always confused with Head having so many similar lines apart from prestige and radical, they have speed, extreme, instinct, gravity, boom

Every 2 years there is a groundbreaking new technology 😂😂😂 - it's a joke 🙈. The companies should just produce rackets that feel great and have a good quality control ! Don't try to sell me "the newest and best technology" again and again and again ☝🏻
