They kinda do in arcades... Just not as thrilling as this. Mostly because of corporate greed and picked chances over skills and gambling laws

So to answer a bunch of questions about prices/ what you do with the coins. You can store your coins in a coin machine and withdraw them the next time you want to play. That’s it. No money or prices.

If I'm not wrong, the Jackpot movie that he got at 12:36 is not a normal one in the game (search for those Japanese KZreadrs playing that, there is a lot out there), but rather as a part of "Special Guest Stage", which shows music videos from many Konami games (for example, Bemani songs, or the one you mentioned)

unfortunately these tokens aren't worth anything and you can just use them on the same game or other token based games at the arcade you won them in, the point if these japanese token games is the fun rather than the prize because technically it's classed as gambling which mostly isn't allowed in japanese arcades

wheres the first yellow ball,which was supppose to be taken out ? Is it dissappiered? very strange

What does the ball actually do ?

Does anyone know if this machine is based on an existing IP? The closest I could find was a video game entry of The Seven Deadly Sins that carried the subtitle "Grand Cross".

It's actually part of it's own series! Konami made these coinpushers back in 2006 under the name "Grand Cross," then updated to "Grand Cross Plus" in 2008. They then made a sequel called "Grand Cross Premium" in 2009, then the third one called "Grand Cross Chronicle" in 2011 (which is the one they played), then "Grand Cross Dream Sphere" in 2013, then after 6 years, they made "Grand Cross Legend". Right now, they are making a new Grand Cross game called "Grand Cross Gold."

@@nickpeck4561 Personally, I kind of wish that they play the Dream Sphere one (that Grand Cross machine in the video had Dream Sphere lol)... That one has a unique gimmick of balls with different effects when dropped. The playfield was also unique that it has 3 lanes (there are 2 bars which separates them into lanes for the balls), so it plays a part of the gameplay (Example, there are special balls in addition of the normal balls, which depends on the the position and type of the balls on the fleld). It uses projection mapping to display animations and type of balls on the playfield. _fun fact: Some parts of Grand Cross Gold are reused from Dream Sphere, such as being able to shoot medals, the ball lottery at the left/right, widescreen display, etc..._ (late comment tho...)

Because Americans are obsessed with money everyone asks whats the point if the wins are not worth anything. So u can hang out with a good looking girl and hang with ur friends , priceless

What is the reason for playing? All you win back are those medal coins, can you turn the coins in for money back or do you just play this game for the fun of it all.

Why does no one show what you can actually get from redemption of the coins/tickets??? I know most of the excitement is from the gambling and all the lights, whistles, animations...but it'd be nice to see what happens after all of it. That is what you can do for the next video

You can win prizes and exchange the prizes at a TUC place for money. That's how they get around the gambling laws.

Many times you can sell Pachinko balls back (for a profit) but always at a separate location; usually just down the street. It may work like this with coins also.

Is that actual money?

Would be a lot more entertaining if you did a but of research before starting the video. Its not my intention to sound rude however it becomes really obnoxious when you say I don't know what's going on or since deritive of that statement every few minutes. I agree. I don't find it very entertaining to hear a frantic, whiny "what's going?" or "What's happening?" every 2 minutes.

I might have to dislike because I just spent 30 mins watching coins drop lol
