WOW I had no idea how buffed Giga got in the new update. Ignoring armor and cw is the exact counter you need to deal with hunker down. Admittedly it doesn't seem AS strong as piercing bite dasp, as with dasp it can be used a bit more frequently and does a flat value of 150 damage vanilla, but charged bleed bite is also coming from an apex with some of the highest cw in the game and additionally does massive bleed based on charge. Hunker downs biggest change is that once active it's immune to knockback so something like giga can't just cheese ano out of its one defensive option, but the armor piercing bites are specifically in the game to counter hunker down creatures. This does include Golugore and to some extent Nasutoceratops. Big ups to PT.

Been playing PT rex, and I gotta say I haven't had this much fun on an apex ever before. I lived a 2v1 against Carchs, a different 2v1 against Acros, and another 2v1 against Gigas. All of them on one life. Also, I recommend either getting a small fan for the studio, or a small air cooler.

Never understood why people are toxic in a dinosaur sim game, like just have fun with being a dinosaur it’s not that deep. I blame the isle……

I've been in a similar situation as your closet office setup. The fan is a great deal but if you're able to keep the air moving in the room you're in you'll not have to open the door nearly as frequently. Get a small horizontal fan and situate it somewhere with elevation pointed towards the door and your heat problems will almost disappear.
