"He Was A Predatory Stalker" Criminal Behavioural Analyst Talks Crossbow Man Shot By Police
Criminal behavioural analyst Laura Richards talks about a man being shot dead by police after breaking into a home armed with weapons including a crossbow and was a convicted stalker who was banned from entering the road where he was shot.
Court documents show that Bryce Hodgson was handed a 16-week suspended jail term in July last year and put under supervision for 12 months after admitting stalking.
The 30-year-old was convicted of a charge of stalking involving serious alarm or distress for entering a woman’s bedroom without her consent, texting her to demand she open her door, and describing vivid sexual fantasies to her, between January and April last year.
Laura says: "There needs to be a review to why he was put before a magistrates court when he was the most dangerous kind of stalker".

Remember the poor girl who reported her ex stalking her, breaking into her flat etc…. The police gave HER a fine for wasting police time ! The ex then MURDERED the girl not long after

They will give an online troll nine years for online stalking but actual physical stalking seems to be a civil dispute in the law's eyes?

What police and Mental health services are those .oH you mean the ones who tun up two days later. Or get snappy saying " you can get in trouble for wasting police time. Or oh there's no spaces anywhere at the moment so
I think having a huge poster of yourself in your office is tremendously egoistic.
I was told by police couldn’t do anything about my stalker until he assaulted me. Fun fact - that’s way too late. My friend took her car into the shop for new tires and the man there took her phone number off the paperwork and started calling her. She didn’t report it because there were no other reports against him, as per the police, and she didn’t “want to ruin his life”. She didn’t even report it to his employer. How many times does this happen without reporting and how long until it escalate until it does get reported. And now she doesn’t feel comfortable going there anymore and has to go somewhere else. This happens all the time.
The UK needs common sense crossbow control. There are more crossbows than people in the UK.

But I thought they did take stalking very seriously? The judge's main concern over the Alex belfield case was the issue of stalking in his case online and he was given over five years. The autistic lad who was done for being an online troll also had the issue of stalking come up in his case and he got nine years????? Is online stalking taken more seriously then physical stalking? No doubt this incident in Clapham involved stalking of the physical kind. This is confusing..

Police did nothing bout my stalker....i was told to vary my routes to avoid him errrr no. I became very vocal about him so people knew wot he was up to and he then complained to the police about me harrasing him and West Yorks police then tried to arrest ME!!!!!! It took the murder of sarah everard for them to take me seriously. He was an ex who had assaulted at least 2 previous partners, had multiple women on the go at any one time, his partner knows wot he is doing behind her back but she stays with him and has the nerve to blame the females who he cons. I have had abuse from her and she now has 2 public order offences against her....1 more and she is arrested. She is very welcome to keep him as he hasnt aged well and is now the double of Sadiq Khan so doubt he will be conning any more females now😂. I have weathered the storm pretty well considering but 2 of the other females have struggled.
I hope no one judges him based on his race not all white men are like him
