Yea if someone is walking around broke as a joke and they don’t have enough money in their back account to match the amount of the check, the bank ain’t giving them that money right away. For people like us that have money in the bank, we can deposit the check via phone app and our bank gives us the cash within seconds. It’s all about if you got credit/money with your bank.
