Three times a day I hear the owner come talk to the guy who manages money about "where is this check" or "what account did this go from" or "have we paid x/been paid by x". Half the time he has no idea and they have to track down the guy who actually pays these people and ask him and hope he remembers and sometimes he DOESN'T. Just saw a story about how wage theft was in the trillions but shoplifting and petty crime were like 450 billion. So companies are stealing (not just like low wages, but actual time stamped wages they owed for O.T. and breaks) 10x the amount people steal from them AND each other. Also correct, no one goes to jail and IF they get caught they only have to pay the actual wages, no fines. So there's literally nothing to discourage them from trying other than..... morals. 😢

Yo I used to work for Quanta. Facebook AND Amazon buy 6-7ft tall servers racks that cost $100,000+ from them(some were apparently and obviously more expensive than others) weirdest thing I seen were the racks that had the word Delta on it(idk what delta was but either way Facebook or Amazon were buying these unless someone else was) also the craziest thing, a female worker apparently visited Hong Kong and came back and she was really sick apparently but not long after that I quit but bruh she came back before the pandemic started like what if she brought that shit here.
