This bid a beautiful story, I enjoyed it so much. Even though Amani was sold into slavery, she was blessed, because of her cooking skills, she found favor with the merchant who bought her. Because of the other skill that her beloved grandmother taught her she, which was how to mix healing herbs, she was able to heal the prince of his illness. When he was well he asked her to go with him to his palace, and they eventually got married, on the death of his father prince Malik became the king and Amani became his queen.
