@KingofLaundry for my 2400 sq ft complete retool store the wascomat distributor has quoted $600,000. I have offered him $400,000 as someone told me there is 40-45% mark up on washers

The most foolish thing you can do in life is, pay for a laundromat month to month.
If there is additional space could you use that extra space be used for racks to do pickup and delivery? The new attendees could run that business in the laundromat and keep those machines running.
