    5cr yearly with 118 properties means - - 423,728 per property annually - 35,000 per property per month You can easily make this much by renting a car in a zoom car. Buying a car is way less costly than buying a house.

    Putting all eggs in one basket is never a good idea and in short term rentals Airbnb is having its monopoly. I am myself a host, 2 months ago Airbnb permanently deleted my account and then the business crashed in just a minute. So also talk about the monopolistic behaviour of Airbnb, this issue is faced by a lot of european hosts too and it is increasing at a good scale.

    @@brsr82 I took damage compensation from AIRBNB because a guest broke the microwave and airbnb said that i violated their terms and condition and as a result my account as well as the account of the guest got permanently suspended and all this happened even after hosting more than 900 guests and maintaining the superhost title for more than 02 years.

    Everything explained perfectly however Mr Deshpande has not thrown clear light on how the commercial property gets in lower lease rent for Airbnb,as usual problem mentioned,which everyone faced ,how to get nocs,from local authorities,as well society to run every different property.pl pl reply

    Right from the moment where he mentioned his 8 flats in 1 building, I got the idea is there any take away or home delivery joint in that area that he recommends to his clients or atleast put menu cards and phone numbers to order. Later he mentioned the same.
