I live in Texarkana, Tx. The Texas side was a dry county until 5 years ago or so. We would have to drive to the Arkansas side to get beer or liquor. As you drive down State Line Avenue, the Arkansas side is littered with liquor stores. Now we can buy beer on Texas side but no liquor.

Awesome story! I too, grew up on cannon ball run, smokey and the bandit, dukes of hazard, etc. I was going to do the coast to coast run in my russian camo celica, but unfortunately, it is deader than fried chicken.

My mother's family use to run Tallulah! Its a cool quite small town and my aunt and uncle owned western auto there in town and my grandfather was sheriff and also the first FBI graduate in Louisiana.

Brave Man. You don’t want to be anywhere near Lakewood at 300 am. I refuse to even go to concert there. Great story though!!!

The fact that people can do run’s in amarica is mind blowing. If anything like this was attempted in Canada the license could be pulled. But still doesn’t stop me from thinking about the idea of a run.

I drove from Kansas to Orlando non stop 27hrs never shutting the car off Because i didn't trust it would start again. When we pulled into out condo the oil pressure gauge went to 0 and the engine was out of oil. I had just did an oil change 2 days before and put 7qts in it and she burned through them all.

Like idk why but that shot between the Ferrari and Lamborghini is just pleasant, and the slow-mo of the Maserati doing some rally is rowdy but elegant all together.

Real question, was he running parallel to the tornado? or was it getting closer or further away. If you stop and watch it you can generally tell which way it's going. If it appears to be getting bigger then it's getting closer or it's intensifying, if it's getting smaller then it may be going away from you or weakening. Also never park under a overpass they are wind tunnels. 3 people died in the May 3-4th, 1999 outbreak around the OKC area when they hid under overpasses, abandoning the car and going into the ditch or any other low lying area is almost always a better last resort option.
