@@externity9569 I train with a goal of healthy mobilization of all bones and ligaments. And my body naturally puts on muscle. I am not particularly strong, but I'm not weak either. However, I feel amazing and move super well. Great agility. If an exercise doesn't improve the skeleton, I don't do it. Today I was doing one leg jumps to a 22" box. I hadn't done one leg jumps in many years. I could jump up, and Land on one leg dropping off the box. So despite not lifting heavy with my legs , I'm not weak. @@bharatmatakayoda yeah but with strength comes muscle and muscle mass. And with calisthenics rep range is really the only way to build strength in these movements.
