    @@externity9569 I train with a goal of healthy mobilization of all bones and ligaments. And my body naturally puts on muscle. I am not particularly strong, but I'm not weak either. However, I feel amazing and move super well. Great agility. If an exercise doesn't improve the skeleton, I don't do it. Today I was doing one leg jumps to a 22" box. I hadn't done one leg jumps in many years. I could jump up, and Land on one leg dropping off the box. So despite not lifting heavy with my legs , I'm not weak. Proper alignment gives you mega strength.

    @@bharatmatakayoda yeah but with strength comes muscle and muscle mass. And with calisthenics rep range is really the only way to build strength in these movements. Strength is typically relative to the amount of muscle you have. Unless you have insane genetics. But that's honestly probably not the case. I could do a lot of these minus the flag pole when I was really small without training so who knows.

    You need to be very lean and have already used your muscles for that kinda training from childhood and do it for years. It will be extremely hard to reach the level of this guy.

    I dunno man.. ive seen videos of huge beefy muscular dudes doing the same now. And about the childhood thing, thats not true. I just started practicing handstands last year and im 35 yrs old, and i can do them now but just hold it for like 5 secs maximun, but im gettin there, ive progressed so much just doing it a lot

    @@extremepop324 I can do 50 one arm push ups feet together. And I've seen pretty few people able to do even one. I'm overweight now due to foot injury but can still do it. Even though I'm twice the weight I was. I used to do it from childhood so even if I'm obese I would still be able to do it.

My other homie, who is 36 and skiiiiny af, saw me doing handstands and was like lemme try, and he was like instantly on my level holding it for like 3-5 secs.
