Caroline B My Family does this as often as we can. Our favorites are How Great Thou Art, Amazing Grace, Old Rugged Cross, In the Garden etc. This is a great post. And you have a lovely name, Caroline. That is my younger daughter’s name.

When the older gentleman came in with, He touched me, he was spot on with that song at that time.

recorded somewhere in the usa and feeling Gods presence while listening to He touched me , feeling the shiffers go through my body while living in the Netherlands :)

I have 8 children, 13 grands. This is/was my dream, how we'd all be some day. It's the opposite. I'll watch and listen and praise with you, though my dream never came to pass. The only dream I have left is to see my grandson get married and be happy if Jesus tarries, and if He doesn't, then my dream is to one day sit at His feet.. God bless you richly beautiful family.. I've comfort that you are all my family in Christ.

It is beautiful to watch this family worship the Lord together and to know there are families that can come together like this. My parents are in heaven for many years and I have prayed for my family/siblings for so long wishing for God to do a miracle..but it's still so broken😔

I too have children and grandchildren and would have loved for us to have family gatherings such as this. We do not and it has always been a grief to me, but with Jesus nothing is impossible. And even if nothing changes while I’m on this earth , I will be eternally grateful to the Lord for saving me. I will continue to praise and worship Him joyfully with my whole heart. Be encouraged brothers and sisters, the Lord is our “exceeding great reward”.

@@PrairieeGirl My heart knows this sadness too, so in the midst of the joy of the Lord is my yearning that my children and Grandchildren could know Jesus too but how can the young ones know when they’ve never even heard of Jesus let alone been to church or read a Bible? What a blessing it is for me to sing along to worship and praise God through this video.

Even when Im out of the will of God I am never out of his care....I cant stop thanking him for his love his care and his saving grace. Yes, how good God is. My husband died 14 1/2 months ago and since then, God has never left my side. He was there all my life, but I didn't always remember that. Thank you for this beautiful music. Diane in North Carolina

What a great joy to see the entire family gathering together and singing glory to God! We celebrated at the beginning of this year our 51st anniversary and we have 12 (grown up) children, spread throughout the United States. This video is reminding me of our own gatherings. This year we are going to gather in Kansas City, Missouri for bringing our thanks giving to our Lord and Saviour - about 30 people or so. God bless you!

I cannot put into words what these singspirations from this family gatherings mean to me. I cared for my mother for years with Alzheimer's and spent many a sleepless night listening to these great songs over and over. Heard the Collingsworths live in Colorado Springs last year for the first time!

Hearing Shy's story and seeing her in this video shows the goodness of God and the faithful of her family.

Man! Ya'll have me crying tears of joy. How sweet to hear you sing.

This family is so special I've been going through all their songs I have not seen no thumbs down. Everyone that hears this loves it and I think we should do this Nationwide maybe even worldwide. Keep singing keep sharing keep praising God. With all the violence of his in are countries and in the world this could be so much a difference. If the heart receives it nothing's impossible and with God in it everything is possible

Christ redeemed me, and the Father adopted me, and now I'm sealed with the indwelling Holy Spirit. All miraculously done, totally, by the living 3-in-1. He gave me faith to accept him. I accepted. My status is now secured by his righteousness. My present flesh interrupts the fellowship but not the standing, and not my destiny. So if we confess our sins, he is faithful and will forgive us our trespasses and restore us. Sin can have earthly consequences, though. It corrupts, which by definition is the opposite of repentance. These praise sessions awake my soul and renew my strength. Thank you.

Until COVID, our family had had 94 Thanksgiving family reunions in a row! Normally over a hundred in attendance representing the descendants of my maternal great-grandparents. We always sang a few hymns. A few weeks later, my maternal grandparents hosted Christmas. A smaller group of 30 or so would gather to celebrate the season. After lunch, while the dishes were being done, Aunt Ellen always made her way to the piano (much to the frustration of those cleaning up!) and the singing would begin. “He Touched Me” was always part of the lineup. Even as a young child, singing at Grandmama’s was heaven on earth. Many of the earlier generations are now gathered around the Throne declaring “he touched me” in the very presence of Jesus. Oh, I can’t wait for that day!

I come from a singing family. I am now 77, and still have a song in my heart as I am awaiting the coming of our King. While I am waiting, I can feel that He is near me, even as the world, it seems, spins out of control. We attended a church where we sang like this. We didn't even open the hymnal. I miss that so. This blesses my heart ❤. Thank You for posting this, Kim. See you when we get home.

Looking at Madison singing I can't help but wonder why it took me so long to to ask Jesus to come into my heart. Twenty years ago (now 73) was the start of a wonderful journey. Madison started her journey early on and God had urgent need of her. For Joy cometh in the morning.❤️🙏🏻
