Amazing interview. Lou sounds like a great human being. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer on April 2023 and after much prayer, i truly believe that our body will fully recover when we give it the right conditions. Our body is a temple of the most high God Jesus Christ.

And I showed my dad a picture of this guy Lou, he thought he was 40…I asked him how old he looked…this guy looks a whole 30 years younger than he is…and you look like 15 years younger than you are…just looking at you is like The Twilight Zone for me…I was watching your videos thinking you were 7 years younger than me and you’re almost 10 years older

I share the same feelings. I have a 2 and 4 year old and I can’t handle even when my husband asked them to go to another room because they are misbehaving. I was crying when I was listening to him.

You could have no guest but Lou forevermore and I'd be happy!! He is at the highest level imaginable!!

Incredible! I have not come across anyone else who has become raw vegan after seeking God first. This is so relatable! Most people ask, "Are you vegan for your health, the animals, the planet..." My answer is, "I eat this way to honor God. Everything falls into place after that, but it's Him first."

I'm convinced that Lou ages in reverse 😂 I love how vulnerable he was. Another great interview as always Gillian ❤

Hi Gillian. I got a small sign while watching this today. I was watching Lou's touching interview while working out. Finished my routine exactly when Lou and you started talking about enzymes. Still while watching I went into my phone that opens on my news feed. First headline says: "Newly discovered deep-sea enzyme breaks down PET plastic". Chuckling to myself I pause the interview and time stamp is: 59:59. Life is full of signs. The universe/God/whatever is talking. To me this happens a lot with seeing Numbers. So More on those enzymes and listening to Lou's message than... Thank you 🙏

Beautiful. Thank you Gillian. Thank you Lou. I watched about 1/3 in bed last night. Then prayed, begged for a dream to Guide… “in Jesus’s Name.” Got a dream. Woke up thinking from the dream. Only drank 1/4 of a coffee oat drink. Drinking water, listened more, took notes, walked in the beautiful sunshine, just 4100 steps but better than “nuthin.”My left shoulder has adhesive capsulitis-in such pain. I’m loaded with “critters” 😞 Need Liyfzyme, and Puradyme, and cleanse. Yesterday, I ate a Chimiya/cherimoya?-so strange, was expecting “juicy” but it is like a banana-pear? But these amazing medium-sized black seeds! Thought how they needed to be planted, but I threw them away.-was thinking about the “cherry” Lou spoke of. The 7 centers still make me think of the chakras! ((hugs)) to 3-year-old Lou, 4 yr old, 5-10, … God is Good. ✌🏻

It sounds like his Guardián Angel is what he’s describing Padre Pío talks about the protection and Mother Mary is always there to be our mother. Wow what a testimony I wouldn’t thought all this from him thank you G for the interview.

It’s interesting how Lou talks about fruit. I’ve been eating a lot of fruit. Drinking watermelon juice all day instead of water. I don’t feel great. We use fruit to fill us up. I’m going to try the coconut almond yogurt and more green juice. Can’t wait to see the rest of Lou’s videos. This video came just in time. I didn’t know what to replace all the fruit with and still stay raw. .

Great interview!! thank you!! well I learned about enzymes in school but I was a bio major... and in plant physiology I learned about all the plant enzymes for them, there are only 5 (at least that is what I learned) - and yes, responsible for ripening of the fruit, etc... Humans are thought to have 75,000 different enzymes.
