She can't take custody because the man was always looking out for what she is not doing right and complaining that she is not properly taking care of the kids. He is always finding fault and wants to control her life thru the children. She is not his wife, so he has to know his boundary by looking after his kids by himself, maybe he will realize the hard work she was doing all alone. Secondly, if she takes full custody, the man will still be passing the night occasionally and be sleeping with her free of charge in the name of "afterall, he is the one paying the rent, so it's still his house". He wants to be using her, where, whereas, she deserves to be MARRIED too. They where never married and he has shattered he heart by Wedding another woman after she birthed 3 whole kids for him. This is his thank you? Let him stay with his wife and children and handle the whole baggages and stress. The children might experience a hard life for some time, but things will fall in place and everybody will learn lessons about life. If she decides to take custody, she will be lonely and might get depressed along the lines. Not all women must end up as a single mother. Men need to be taught lessons these days. He is not going to get away and be leaving a freestyle kind of lifestyle by shuttling between the two women. The day he has misunderstanding with the wedded wife, he wants to keep this lady as spare Tire and be controlling her, then dump her again. NO WAY.

The Judge's assertions are very disappointing 🤦🏽‍♀️. Failure to identify the man's controlling behaviour, sexual assault and abuse. The woman said the only reason she doesn't want custody of the children is because the man has threatened to stop providing for the children if they come to her🤦🏽‍♀️. This is awfully shameful and disappointing.

I understand your sentiment, but the law doesn't work like that. The court cannot give you what you didn't ask for. If you noticed the judge gave her ample opportunity to amend her claim by asking for custody irrespective of the man's threat of negligence, but being naive, she didn't take the hint. The man is a freaking narcissist.

Control and cruelty is the only reason. Happy that the judge wouldn't allow him to degrade her character. Talking about she wouldn't respond until that evening, the judge got him on that.

Some men are evil. He's got her pregnant and he went to lavishly marry another woman.

Lesson: never sell yourself short. The stupid guy was likely very poor when she got with him, and upon getting some financial stability, deems her unfit for him. The wedded wife acted wisely by demanding to go thru the right process cos this guy will be forever unreliable

He is lucky that she doesn’t want custody cos he will have to help pay most of her rent n still give allowance to get her cos the children are with her

Sometimes I share the blame to the ladies too. If u make a first mistake , it’s a mistake but if u do the same mistake twice it’s a choice and the third time it’s a way of life . I don’t understand how u can stay with a man who is not married to u, u give birth to the first child, the second and the third . Any reasonable woman who gives birth to a first child and the man doesn’t marry u don’t have the second child if the man doesn’t want to marry you , u move on .

When she started explaining how the man forced himself on her , the judge interrupted her. She never had the opportunity to explain her complete mind and worries. The judge should have addressed the guy concerning that issue . That wasn’t supposed to be swept under the rug . I feel sorry for the poor Lady. I wish most girls could be like me even for an hour . Am extremely confident same time extremely humble. I control how things are done. I thank God for Jesus. I do things the Godly way if not I reset your brain 😅

When she said "he forcefully slept with me" why were they laughing? Imagine been treated that way nd then going forward to do that to her.

Not the judge's fault, she should have demanded for an interpreter, and expressed herself in the language she knew better, I believed there must be an interpreter in the Court.

I have been looking forward for videos from justice court all these while. Thank God for this ooooooo. I thought dropping of videos is once in a week.

I’m really angry at this lady for not accepting the custody of her children for real. I don’t care if I staying under the bridge…my children are coming with me. She is so naive about the whole thing and I don’t think she understood the magnitude of her actions and it will affect the young children. The youngest is 5yrs old. Mauroo33399 I am in total agreement with you however the mom is naive and she fears if she takes custody he will not pay support for the children, when she found the apartment he wanted to sleep with her and did so each month, she also believes that she will have no defense to his forcing himself on her🤷🏽‍♀️this is a case we must follow closely! Your remark was 13 days ago, which means they should still be in counseling. I am going a step further and look up the names of the petitioner as well as the defendant! As a young mom of 22 who left my oldest children’s dad in New York to return home in Missouri and was forced to board my plane without my children, I know her fear😢
