I totally agree, trying to teach the second child is a little more challenging. Whenever I’m trying to read an animal book or letter book to my daughter, seems like that’s the moment my son needs me lol. Good job Jackson on first steps! 🤗

I completely understand you when it comes to the little ones. Mine are the same ages as yours and are exactly the same. When they are alone they are little angels but when they play together, it’s constant fighting. I always thought it was just mine that were like that but it’s good to know that I’m not the only one. Also, your little ones are just so sweet and adorable.

Omigosh i totally understand what you’re going through with the two kids and constant fighting and teasing each other! One gets jealous over the other all the time! Insane to the membrane as a mom! That’s why your vlogs are so relatable to me! U say it like it is! You literally take the words out of my mouth sometimes! My twins are 16 months old now and they are literally on each other’s way every single day! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I absolutely love Outlander!! Its one of my all time favorite shows I'm actually rewatch it now for the third time

When I wanted to be greedy and wanted more, my mom would sing me the beatles "Can't buy me love" and turned it to a parady and sing me "Candy can't buy you love" and it worked! I love the Beatles even as a toddler!

My son HATES being cleaned off after eating too! He’s the same age as Jackson 😂

If it helps I've learnt in baby led weaning taking your baby to the sink and washing their hands and face makes it more fun for them. I basically place a towel on the sink and my 8 month old son sits on the sink and washes his hands he loves it he plays with the water and doesn't fuss like he did with the wipe in the high chair. I hope this helps any mums out there 💕

Riley’s toothbrush and hand washing tutorial was the best 😍🥰♥️ so friggin adorable

Here's an idea- I am a retired teacher. If u want to make up some of your own sheets- tryb this one- you write maybe 6 numbers on a page, one below the other- so maybe a 3, 7, 2, 6, 4. Riley says the number and then puts that number of stickers beside the number. You can do anther sheet where you write a number and put a shape beside it. Like 3with a circle beside it. she then makes 3 circles. And then below is the number 2 with a diamond shape and she draws 2 diamonds. Then below is a 6 with horizontal line beside it- and she draws 6 lines. I have lots of ideas. I taught for many years!

I LOVE this idea!! I am also a pre school teacher but I am currently a stay at home mom with my 10 month old son Dallas and working on growing our own channel. I have never tried this with my students but it is such a good idea!

Wow my daughter started walking by the end of 9months old and she is running now. She has 1 year now. But I have tell you that I didn’t rush it she started early by her own I didn’t force on her that. But let me tell you I had the worst scares in my life with her so young taking her first steps. Glad to see Jackson doing those! It melts our hearts how this little things that we take for granted has walk take so much time to develop and at the same time they do take no time at all... times runs by too quickly...

Jackson, congratulations on walking! My daughter also took her first steps just like a week and a half ago and yesterday she began full on walking. Jackson is going to run around so fast too. Once they get the hang of it, they are unstoppable 😂😂😂

Normal sibling rivalry Kayla😆That’s how siblings are, one minute lovey dovey, the next minute fighting. It’s all good, all a normal part of growing up for the littles. When they fight, leave them alone, as long as they’re not hurting each other. It will teach them how to problem solve on their own💕💕💕.

Have you thought about doing those "birthday interviews" with Riley and Jackson every year on their birthdays? I think it would be really fun to watch and for you guys to look back on when they're older.

I cannot believe he’s walking ☺️🥰 my daughter also took her first steps recently ! She’s 13 months ! 🥰 it’s always so exciting! Would it have helped Jackson’s mood had Riley shared her snacks ? He really seemed to be interested in it. I have a 1 yr old and a 6 yr old. The age gap helps because my oldest understands (for the most part) not to fight because her sister is only a baby. Also my 1 yr old is pretty calm. But when my 6 yr old insists not to share a toy I just tell her to stay away (keep it up on a table or play in her room) because out of sight out of mind. Sometimes there’s just no point in arguing with a baby!

Girl I had flashbacks of my daughter when she was around 1 when I'd try to clean her. She acted just like jackson! 🙄 She's fairly better now that she's 2 but I watch you clean Riley sometimes and she stays still and I'm just like HOW 😂

OUTLANDER IS THE BEST!!!! There's also a season that's not on Netflix that you can watch on amazon prime with the starz add on. Very much worth it!

I’ve been told boys are hard to deal with when they’re younger and girls are hard to deal with when they’re teenagers 😂 my son was definitely more focused on motor skills than walking and talking where my daughter was walking at 9 months and really talking even before she was 1 😂 but yes definitely don’t compare the kiddos. I’ve done that before than I realized that every baby is different ❤️😊

I have twin step children that are three. Boy and girl. Almost same age as Riley. Would love to do learning activities with them. Do you know of any that can be done as a team or together?
