Maybe a stupid question but I only know from all the video's I've seen on this channel. How much effort actually goes into being a flyer? It looks like they're just being tossed around, but I'm sure a lot of balance comes into play too for them, actually making the twists, knowing when to stop rotating/when not to, etc. Would love a sincere reply to this, besides that, love your video's and the humor that comes into play along with it, keep it up!

flyers have to be squeezing every muscle in their body. they have to ignore every instinct to catch themselves or balance, as it makes it harder for the people under them. they also have to initiate the spin in many skills, and know exactly when to bring their feet through and stand up. also, people are throwing you around, and flying makes your feet cramp like crazy.

depends on the flyer obviously, and most bases will tell you that a tight flyer is 10x better than a small flyer. but to answer the question, flyers are typically 95-125lbs, but it varies
