No talk about xrays before seeing this guy. If he has a fracture in any of his spinal vertabrae, the adjustments can break the bone. Been going to qualified chiropractors since 1992 & swear by it. No one ever gave me a ring dinger - much less adjust without xrays first. I have stretched after an adjustment though & got that ring dinger feeling - neck to base of spine. Chiropractic works but go to someonne who requires x-rays first.

It’s crazy EVERYTIME I watch these videos!!! I saw a chiropractor for my migraines. I will say that eventually it worked after 3 months of treatments @ $850 a month in 2008. Got rear ended in 2012. 4yrs of treatment that equaled $54k, which my lawyer who specialized in automotive accident claims for over 20yrs said she never saw a Chiro bill so high & called them PIP strippers….I was told that my movement was at almost 76% & that was the best they can do & you’re going to have to live with the discomfort. I lost my trust in Chiro & haven’t been back. They also had a massage therapist who said my muscle memory was crazy & couldn’t get my muscles to release. My neck locked up once & I had a 3 day headache that was killing me but neither could relieve it so went to a acupuncturist who performed a miracle in 15mins & I wanted to cry. Finally I could move my neck & headache was gone!

A chiropractor can’t fix everything. For me it has taken chiropractic and specific exercises every day to recover from my issues. What I do know is someone who hasn’t been to a good chiro then gets a good adjustment will instantly feel better, but fixing spine curvatures and getting the muscles to move with it takes time, chiropractic, stretching, and exercises! Like the first time I had a y strap done it was crazy and cracked everything. Now that I’m a few months in the y strap just flexes my spine back and forth smoothly with no cracks.

U know it doesn’t rub together right? They just reset n adjust ur body how it’s suppose to be after wear n tear daily. Also, it’s fluids in between bones. Sometimes they can have air pockets n dats what causes em to pop when cracking bones or adjusting like in this video. I cannot tell about long term but I do know id try this before going into surgery or being on meds everyday for pains etc.

@@stasea-NTBF first, your babbling is incoherent. But, I asked what should be a simple question, and thats the long term effect of yanking the neck and spine this way? If its a bone on bone rubbing , yes its temp releif to pull it apart but it will still rub bone/bone after. Nothing is fixed, just temp relief. For some, it may work say from years of compression. You should be concerned, yes, consult multiple doctors then if you havent. But yanking your spine apart doesnt actually FIX anything, although could be temp pain relief.

@@lukerichardson3545I definitely don't have what you have. But I get cervicogenic headaches from neck problems. So basically headaches in the back of my head that are caused by nerves in the upper part of my neck. I found radio frequency to be extremely helpful. Had good results for about 4 months. And because the radio frequency worked so well, I was actually eligible to then follow up with a small peripheral nerve stimulator called a SPRINT device. It's super easy to get it put in it, only stays in for 2 months but the results last much longer. I got at least 75 to 85% relief on the left side. I've just had the right side completed earlier this week and I'm still determining how much relief I've gotten but I'd say at least 50% at this point. So if you can find a good pain management specialist in your area they might be able to help. I do use pain medication for other issues in my body but I don't actually have any medications that I can use for that particular headache that I had, but there are just so many options out there these days it's worth looking into if you can. Honestly the hardest part is finding a good doctor if you live in Northern Connecticut I can recommend one haha

Whatever it was in the tiny fingers numb blossomed and you like fibromyalgia and arthritis and carpal tunnel i anxiety depression and OCD ADHD I quit drinking on February 21st this year because I'm an alcoholic but it helped me with my pain but in other things started going on me and ain't nobody got time for that I don't take painkillers or anyting either my mom was on your bill was real bad when I was growing up and start at the same pretty young you know 2017 my fiance passed away so I'm pretty much anti-everything like that because I've lived the life where that doesn't help anything cuz they don't nothing we just make everything worse so. My saying that for myself is that beauty is pain so I'm terminally pretty. Doctors want me to go to the orthopedic surgeon and the chiropractor fd me up so bad I had a l back spasm for2 days until my back wen all the way t out up to my neck so I couldn't lift my arms above my head turn it.and I couldn't drive. Lincoln you don't know how many times does it happen to me with my whole life. subsequent days I had little mini stroke so suck all that anyways ever again probably wrong 2012 maybe a couple years before that has probably after I had my daughter .and my daughter in 2009. which didn't help at all at all back later and then they had a f****** Stickman twice with the epidural cuz they're just doing a snowstorm in January 🙄a 0 anesthesiologist got held up.... And he's trying to ask me to hold still in the middle of my contractions so heu can shoot that big ass needle in my spine a againn cuz he didn't get it the first t F? Then I had to go back again😅😅oh hpain. Canadians have socialized medicine. Why would they ever need to come to the US for treatment?

Chriropractice / Physiotherapy visits in Canada are not covered by our health care system (OHIP) and people have to pay out of their own pockets or with their own insurance plans if they have.

The chiropractors in Canada SUCK! I have been to so many chiropractors and they all sucked. Your basically in and out in 10 minutes and they don't crack or stretch our your legs and arms etc.. I have to go to Dallas for better treatment I guess.
