Lawrence needs an organized setup of small drawers to hold nuts, bolts, pins etc., (just like in a hardware store) for the equipment he’s always working on. Search Market Place for parts bins and nuts and bolt assortment. I have actually seen these type items listed on there for less than $1000 which is a small price to pay for hundreds/thousands of those small items that constantly take major portions of his time not only searching for the correct item but then having to drive to town to buy it. Lawrence will be losing him very capable assistant, Wesley, in a couple of more years, so getting Lawrence more organized will become even more important. Father’s Day will soon be here maybe a nuts/bolts supply would be a welcome gift for Lawrence. I love watching your videos!

If there’s an auto upholstery shop nearby you might be able to talk to them and explain what you need and depending upon the complexity of the mount needed you might be able to supply them with a template, /plus pictures, the original base mount which they might have a source to replicate it. When they do upholstery for cars being restored they might have to create mounts, etc. keep the old parts for use to recreate the assembly. If all else fails, and you’ve ordered another replacement that’s still too big, take the new one and what it mounts to into the shop so they can open up the seat and trim the base to fit in the mount. If it’s too tight it’ll wear down the covering. They should know how much to allow for this. They’ll have what’s needed to open and close it back up. Hope this works for him. Have a blessed day!

Lawrence seems to have a wicked sense of humor. My favorite bit of his was when he was teaching the dog to drive. Watched it several times and it cracks me up every time.

There are also a few John Wayne fans in germany!:) (me that is :) )

Since you have high 🌨 humidity 🌨, try to protect the wood parts of the new seat from moisture. Come up with a method or protective coating.

Definitely didn’t have enough power to get itself over that small rock pile. Tipping over driving off that skid was a bit alarming, and it seemed to jam up an awful lot. However, when conditions were just right, it did a pretty good job crushing those rocks.

Now Meredith you could have bought some material, foam and plywood and made that seat for that equipment. And first when you cut the seat you would have marked the plywood to where the screws hold the seat to the frame.🤣🤪🥰😁🙃

LAURENCE like me knows he has them bolts somewhere. Just easier to go to the store and get new ones plus some extra stuff may need later then forget where you put them That's how us farm guys build inventory. Plus need another tool to do the job right ....
